mitter d istanc e. Build ing s or other ob struc tions ma y c ause momentary
static , flutter or station interferenc e. If rec ep ti on c ontinues to b e unsat-
isfac tory, switc h to a strong er station.

n Power switch and volume control (PWR/VOL)
The d ial 1 is used for b oth p ower (ON/OFF) and volume c ontrol . The
rad io is turned ON and OFF b y p ushing the d ial and the volume is
c ontrolled b y turning the d ial.
