At this time, two beeps sounds and the parking lights and
tail lights flash twice. Together with the activation of
unlocking, the interior light comes on for 15 seconds if
the interior light switch is in ªDOORº position. However,
this f
unction does not work when the ignition key is in the
ªONº position. For further information, see ªInterior lightº
on page 75.
You have 30 seconds to open a door after using the
wireless remote unlock feature. If a door is not opened
by then, all the doors will be automatically locked again.
Even if the ªLOCKº or ªUNLOCKº switch is kept pressed
in, the locking or unlocking operation is not repeated.
Release the button and then push again.

and open the cover.
The vanity lights come on when you open the cover.

To turn on the interior light, slide the switch.
With the switch in the ªDOORº position, the light comes
on when any of the doors are opened. After all the doors
are closed, the light remains on for about 15 seconds
and then goes out.
However, in the following cases, the light goes out
immediately:
1. All the doors are closed when the ignition key is in
ªACCº or ªONº position.
2. The ignition key is turned to ªACCº or ªONº when the
light is still on.
3. All the doors are locked when the light is still on.
4. One door is closed with the lock button pushed in
while the other doors are locked.
