Connecting rod assemblies Refer to “CONNECTING RODS AND
PISTONS”.
Crankshaft Refer to “CRANKSHAFT”.
Transmission Refer to “TRANSMISSION”.
1 Oil baffle plate 1
2 Oil baffle plate 1
3 Oil delivery pipe 1
4 Bearing 1
5 Upper crankcase 1
6 Oil filter bolt 1
7 Lower crankcase 1
For installation, reverse the removal
procedure.

ACHTUNG:CAUTION:

Before tightening the crankcase bolts,
make sure that the transmission gears
shift correctly when the shift drum
assembly is turned by hand.
7. Install:
• crankcase bolts
NOTE:

• Lubricate the bolt threads with engine
oil.
• Install a washer on bolts
