Installing
- Fill space between sealing lip and dust lip with
gear oil.
- Lightly oil outer circumference of seal.
- Drive in drive flange seal 2 mm (0.079 in.) below outer housing surface,
without canting.
- Install drive flange.
The circlip must be seated in the base of the groove. - While inserting drive flange, install circlip at same time.
- Replace O-ring for cap.
- Install cap and secure in position.
