*
[AS08300(F )04/96]
q
Always handle the disc by its edge. Never
touch the playing surface.
*
[AS08400(F )08/95]
q
Before playing, inspect the disc for any
contamination. If needed, clean the disc with
an approved disc cleaner, such as the

a circular motion to clean.
*
[AS08500(F )04/96]
q
Do not clean discs with solvents such as
benzine, thinner, commercially available
cleaners or antistatic spray intended for
analog records.
*
[AS08600(F )04/96]
q
Do not expose the disc to direct sunlight or
heat sources such as defroster and floor
heating ducts. Do not leave any discs in a
parked car in direct sunlight where there may
be a considerable rise in temperature or
damage may result.
*
[AS08700(F )04/96]
q
After playing, store the disc in its case.
*
[AS08800(F )04/96]

Checking the engine coolant
*
[MC11800(FM)05/96]
Your vehicle's engine coolant protects the engine
from overheating in the summer and from
freezing in the winter. Check the level of the
engine coolant at least once a month, but
preferably each time you stop for fuel. Simply
look at the engine coolant recovery reservoir
located in the engine compartment. To locate
this reservoir, see the diagram of your vehicle's
engine underEngine typesin this chapter.
*
[MC11850(FM)05/96]
If the engine coolant has not been checked for a
long period of time the engine coolant reservoir
may eventually empty. If the engine coolant
reservoir empties, check the engine coolant level
in the radiator. Read the following warnings
before removing the radiator cap. If it is
necessary to fill the radiator, refer to theEngine
Coolant Refill Procedurein this chapter for
instructions.
