arm the factory installed Anti-Theft System when
the doors are locked, and automatically disarm it
when the doors are unlocked. The remote will
also reset the anti-theft alarm (when the driver's
door is unlocked) if it was triggered.

The remote entry transmitter is powered by two
coin type three-volt lithium 2016
batteries (included) that should last for several
years of normal use. If you notice a significant
decrease in operating range, the batteries should

at your Ford or Lincoln-Mercury dealer.

dealer to have the remote entry system
deprogrammed for the lost transmitter. This is
necessary to prevent further unauthorized use of
the lost transmitter.

transmitters to the dealer so they can program
