If E and a number appear in the display, the tape won’t
play because of an error.

tape hubs. Remove the tape. Hold the tape with the

SEEK: Press the up or down arrow to search for the

have at least four seconds of silence between each

SCAN: Press this button to listen to each selection for a
few seconds. The tape will go to the next selection, stop
for a few seconds, then go on
to the next selection. Press
the button again to stop scanning. The sound will be
muted while scanning, and SCAN will appear
on the
display.
Ell: The tape is broken.

Steering Wheel Touch Controls (Option) 8S FAN: Press the up or down arrows to increase or
decrease fan speed.
TEMP: Press the up or down arrows to change the
temperature setting for the driver.
VOL: Press the up or down arrows to increase or
decrease volume.
SEEK: Press the button to tune to the next radio station.
If a tape or compact disc is playing, the player will
advance to the next selection.
’ PROG: Press to play a station you have programmed on
the radio preset buttons.

can control certain comfort control and audio -
system functions using the buttons on your steering
wheel.
