3. INSTALL BRAKE CALIPERInstall the brake caliper to the steering cnuckle with the 2
bolts.
Torque: 118 N Vm (1,200 kgf Vcm, 87 ft Vlbf)
4. STABILIZE SUSPENSION
(a)  Install the front wheel and jack

REAR AXLE CARRIER REMOVAL

1.  JACK UP VEHICLE AND REMOVE REAR WHEEL
2.  REMOVE REAR BRAKE CALIPER AND BRAKE DISC
(a)  Remove the 2 bolts and remove the brake caliper from therear axle hub.

5.  REMOVE DRIVE SHAFT LOCK NUT
(a)  Install the brake disc and caliper.
(b)  Remove the cotter pin and lock cap.
(c)  While applying the brakes, remove the nut.
(d)  Remove the brake caliper and dis

(d)  Slide the backing plate to the outside and disconnect theparking brake cable.
(e)  Remove the bolt and nut and disconnect the strut rod.
(f)  Remove the nut.
(g)  Using SST, disconnect the No.1

(c)  Connect the No. 1 lower suspension arm to the axle carrierwith a new nut.
Torque: 59 N Vm (600 kgf Vcm, 43 ft Vlbf)
(d) Connect   the strut rod to the axle carrier and temporarily install
the bo

(i)  Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 7.8 NVm (80 kgf Vcm, 69 in. Vlbf)
2.  INSTALL PARKING BRAKE SHOE

3.  INSTALL ABS SPEED SENSOR Install the sensor to the axle carrier with the bolt

7. STABILIZE SUSPENSION
(a)  Install the rear wheel and lower the vehicle.
Torque: 103 NVm (1,050 kgf Vcm, 76 ft Vlbf)
(b) Bounce   the vehicle up and down several times to stabilize the
suspension.
