SONAR SYSTEM OFF SWITCHThe sonar system OFF switch on the
lower side of the instrument panel allows
the driver to turn the sonar system on
and off. To turn the sonar system on and
off, the ignition switch must be in the ON
position. The indicator light
on the
switch will turn off when the system is
turned off. If the indicator light flashes it
may indicate a malfunction in the sonar
system.
The sonar system will turn on automati-
cally under the following conditions.
. When the shift lever is placed in the
position. .
When vehicle speed decreases below
approximately 6 MPH (10 km/h).
. When the ignition switch is placed in
the OFF position and turned back to
the ON position again.
