Ensu rethat theke y is in theve hicle.
If th eke y is in theve hicle and still not recognised: #
Stop theve hicle immediately in accordance with the tra1c conditions. #
Place theke y in the slot for starting the engine with theke y (/ page 157).
The key battery is weak or dischar ged. #
Check the battery using the indicator lamp (/ page 76). #
Replace theke y batter y,if necessary (/ page 78).
