Selecting a user pro/le may trigger an adjust-
ment of the driver's seat tothe position sa ved
under the user pro/le. You or other vehicle
occupants could be injured in the process. #
Make sure that when the position of the
driver's seat is being adjus ted via the
multimedia system, no people or body
parts are in the seat's range of mo ve-
ment.
If th ere is a risk of someone becoming trap-
ped, stop the adjustment process immedi-
atel y: #

steering wheel position on the basis of the driver's
body size and sets this directl y. #

The exterior mir rors are not set via this func-
tion. Instead, they have tobe set manually via
th e switches.
% You can also con/gure these settings via the
Mercedes me por talfo ryo ur user pro/le. By
synchronising the pro/les in theve hicle and
th e Mercedes me connect pro/les, you can

backrest as a load area, fold the backrest back
into place.
Make sure that there d marking of the lock veri/-
cation indicator is no lon ger visible. Otherwise,
th e seat backrest will not be loc ked.
