regula testhe
brake pressure in critical driving situations:
R During braking, for instance, at maximum full-
stop braking or if there is insu1cient tyre trac-
tion, the wheels are pr evented from locking.
R Vehicle steerability while braking is ensu red.
If ABS inter venes when braking, you will feel a
pulsing in the brake pedal. The pulsating brake
pedal can be an indication of hazardous road con-
ditions and can ser veas a reminder totake extra
care while driving.
