▼Engine Coolant Temperature Gauge
Displays the engine coolant temperature.
The blue range of the gauge indicates that
the engine coolant temperature is low, and
the red range of the gauge indicates that
the engine coolant temperature is high and
overheating.

CAUTION
If the engine coolant temperature gauge
needle is in the red range, there is the
possibility of overheating. Drive slowly to
reduce engine load until you can find a safe
place to stop the vehicle and wait for the
engine to cool down.

NOTE
(SKYACTIV-G 2.5T, SKYACTIV-D 2.2)
If the engine coolant temperature is high
or the engine is hot, the engine output
may be limited.
▼Fuel Gauge
The fuel gauge shows approximately how
much fuel is remaining in the tank when
the ignition is switched ON. We
recommend keeping the tank over 1/4 full.

If the low fuel warni
ng light illuminates or
the fuel level is very low, refuel as soon as
possible.
If inconsistency in engine performance or
stalling occurs due to low fuel level
conditions, refuel the vehicle as soon as
possible and add at least 10 L (2.7 US gal,
2.2 Imp gal) of fuel.
Refer to Taking Action on page 7-35.
NOTE
After refueling, it may require some time
for the indicator to stabilize. In addition,
the indicator may deviate while driving
on a slope or curve since the fuel moves
in the tank.

▼Wrench Indication
The wrench indication is displayed under
the following conditions.
When the preset maintenance period has
arrived.
Refer to the Information section in the
Mazda Connect Owner's Manual.
When the engine oil
replacement period
has arrived.
(SKYACTIV-D 2.2)
When the engine oil is deteriorated or
exceeds the specified amount.
When fuel filter (sedimentor) draining
is required. Consult an Authorized
Mazda Dealer.
NOTE
The wrench indication may display
earlier than the preset period depending
on vehicle usage conditions.
Whenever the engine oil is replaced, a
reset of the vehicle engine control unit is
necessary.

▼ Low Engine Coolant Temperature
Indicator Light (Blue)
The light illuminates continuously when
the engine coolant temperature is low and
turns off after th
e engine is warm.
▼Glow Indicator Light
(SKYACTIV-D 2.2)
When the ignition is switched ON, the
glow indicator light turns on. The glow
indicator light turns off when preheating is
finished.

The maintenance period for the glow plug
or a problem in the system may be
indicated under the
following conditions.
Have your vehicle inspected by an
Authorized Mazda Dealer.
The glow indicator light does not turn
on when the ignition is switched ON or
it remains on.
The glow indicator light is flashing.
NOTE
If the vehicle is left with the ignition
switched ON without starting the engine
and a long period of time has elapsed
since preheating finished, the preheating
may be performed again and the glow
indicator light may turn on.

How to use the projected v ehicle path line function

Make sure that there are no obstructions within the projected v ehicle path lines.
Turn the steering wheel so that t he projected vehicle path lines travel inside of the
obstruction (A), and drive the ve hicle forward until it passes the obstruction.
If the projected vehicle path lines are on an obstruction (B) o r outside of the obstruction (C),
the vehicle may contact the obstruction when turning the vehicl e sharply.
CAUTION
The parking sensor detection range has limitat ions. For example, obstructions closing in
from the side and objects short in height ma y not be detected. Always confirm the safety
around the vehicle visually when driving.

If an image containing an object with a conspicuous color is picked up by any of the
cameras, the whole screen may be affected and it may display in that color.
Obstructions displayed in the rear view may not display on the top view screen.
If the position or angle of each camera changes due to tilting of the vehicle, the image
may appear distorted.
Lines on the road may appear distorted at the seams where each of the camera images
merge.
The entire screen may appear bright/dark depending on the illumination level around
any of the cameras.
