Move/Press controls to adjust Seat forward/backward, Seat Cushion tilt up/down, Seatback forward/
backward, Lumbar up/down/forward/backward or Seat Cushion Extension forward/backward.
To raise headrest: Pull headrest up.
To lower headrest: Press lock
E, then press the headrest down.
