To assist you the Consumer Assistance Center will ask for the following information:
•	 Your	name,	address	and	telephone	number	
•	 Vehicle	identification	number	(on	dashboard	and	on	label	installed	on	the	driver’s	door). 	
•	 Date	of	purchase	
•	 Current	odometer	reading 	
•	 Your	Kia	dealership’s	name
