ff the engine.
2.
Open the liftga
te.
3.
Loosen the lamp assembly r
etaining
screws with a cross-tip screwdriver.
4.
Remo
ve the rear combination lamp
assembly from the body of the
vehicle.
5.
Remo
ve the socket from the
assembly by turning the socket
counterclockwise until the tabs on
the socket align with the slots on the
assembly.

6. Remove the bulb from the socket
b y pressing it in and rotating it
counterclockwise until the tabs on the
bulb align with the slots in the socket.
Pull the bulb out of the socket.
7.
Insert a new bulb b
y inserting it into
the socket and rotating it until it locks
into place.
8.
Install the sock
et into the assembly by
aligning the tabs on the socket with
the slots in the assembly. Push the
socket into the assembly and turn the
socket clockwise.
9.
Reins
tall the lamp assembly to the
body of the vehicle.

flat-blade screwdriver.

ve the socket from the
assembly by turning the socket
counterclockwise until the tabs on
the socket align with the slots on the
assembly.

counterclockwise until the tabs on the
bulb align with the slots in the socket.
Pull the bulb out of the socket.

bumper and screws on the wheel
house trim.

y trim under the bumper toward
the vehicle.

Remo
ve the socket from the
assembly by turning the socket
counterclockwise until the tabs on
the socket align with the slots on the
assembly.
5.
Remo
ve the bulb by pulling it straight
out.
6.
Insert a new bulb in the sock
et.
7.
Reins
tall the light assembly to the
body of the vehicle.

housing.

If the LED lamp does not operate,
we recommend that the system be
inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI
dealer.
The LED lamps cannot be replaced as
a single unit because it is an integrated
unit. The LED lamps has to be replaced
with the unit.
A skilled technician should check or
repair the LED lamp, for it may damage
related parts of the vehicle.

pry the lens from the interior light
housing.

Remo
ve the bulb by pulling it straight
out.
3.
Install a ne
w bulb into the socket.
4.
Align the lens tabs with the int
erior
light housing notches and snap the
lens into place.
NOTICE
Be careful not to damage the cover, tab,
and plastic housing.
