Volvo’s written warranty is exclusive and in lieu 
of all other warranties, whether oral or written, 
expressed or implied.
No implied warranty of merchantability or 
fitness for a particular purpose shall apply 
except during the applicable periods of this 
limited warranty, U.S.; warranty, Canada.
Volvo does not authorize any individual or 
corporation to create for it any obligation, 
liability or other warranty in connection with this 
vehicle.
Volvo shall not be liable for incidental, special, 
consequential, or other similar damages arising 
out of any breach of this written warranty.
Volvo shall not be liable for any damages caused 
by delay in delivery or furnishing of any products 
and/or services.
Volvo’s liability, if any, for product(s) furnished 
under this warranty shall in no event exceed the 
cost of correcting defects in the product(s) as 
herein provided and upon the expiration of this 
warranty, any such liability shall terminate.
NOTE
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, 
and you may also have other rights which vary 
from state to state, province to province. Some 
states/provinces do not allow limitations on 
how long an implied warranty lasts, so the 
above limitations may not apply to you. Some 
states/provinces do not allow the exclusion 
or limitation of incidental or consequential 
damages, so the above limitations or 
exclusions may not apply to you.
