1 The set speed may also be cancelled by depressing the brake pedal or the\
clutch
pedal (manual transmission).2 The set speed may be resumed once vehicle speed exceeds 20 mph.

Hill-start Assist Control (HAC)
Hill-start assist control (HAC) helps to maintain braking force to ass\
ist starting off
forward while facing uphill or starting off backward while facing downhi\
ll. As HAC
is initially disabled, enable the system to make it operable. The enable\
d/disabled
setting will be maintained the next time the engine is started.
The hill-start assist control ON indicator will be illuminated when syst\
em is enabled
and flash while the system is operating.
To enable system, refer to the Owner’s Manual for limitations and mor\
e information.
