the ignition lock.

SmartKey orKEYLESS- GO(Ypage 74).
Do not keep theSmartKey:
R with electronic devices,e.g.amobil ephone
or another SmartKey.
R with metall icobjects, e.g.coins ormetal
foil.
R inside metallicobjects, e.g.ametal case.

If you lock thevehicle withtheSmartKey's
remote controlorwith KEYLESS- GO,after a
short time:

indicator lampsin the instrument clusterlight

If Start/St opbutton 0043has notyetbeen
pressed ,this corresponds tothe key being
removed fromtheignition.
