Adjusting the Clock
You can adjust the time in the clock display with the ignition switch in ON (w*1.
■Using the MENU/CLOCK button
1. Press and hold the MENU/CLOCK button.

Press the rear defogger and heated door mirror* button to defog the rear window
and mirrors* when the ignition switch is in ON (w*1.
The rear defogger and heated door mirror*
automatically switch es off after 10-30
minutes depending on the outside
temperature.
However, if the outside temperature is 32°F
(0°C) or below, it does not automatically
switch off.

1 Rear Defogger/Heated Door Mirror* Button
This system consumes a lot of power, so turn it off
when the window has been defogged.
Also, do not use the system for a long period when
the engine is idling. This may weaken the battery,
making it difficult to start the engine.

Brightness Control
When the brightness of the meter is reduced,
you can use the brightness control knob to
adjust instrument panel brightness.
Brighten: Turn the knob to the right.
Dim: Turn the knob to the left.
You will hear a beep when the brightness
reaches minimum or maximum. Several
seconds after adjusting the brightness, you
will be returned to the previous screen.

The brightness level is shown on the driver
information interface wh ile you are adjusting
it.

1 Brightness Control
The brightness of the in strument panel will be
reduced when:
•The ignition switch is in ON ( w*1.
•The parking lights are turned on.
•The light switch is in any position other than off
and it is da rk outside.
To cancel the reduced in strument panel brightness
when the lights are on, turn the knob to the right
until the brightness display reaches max, at which
point a beeper will sound.

Heating System*
Using Automatic Heating
The automatic heating system maintains the interior temperature you select. The
system also selects the proper mix of heated or cooled air that raises or lowers the
interior temperature to your pref erence as quickly as possible.
Use the system when the engine is running.
1. Press the AUTO button.
2. Adjust the interior temperature us ing the temperature control dial.
3. Press the (on/off) button to cancel.1Using Automatic Heating
If any buttons are presse d while using the heating
system in auto, the function of the button that was
pressed will t ake priority.
The AUTO indicator will go off, but functions
unrelated to the button that were pressed will be
controlled automatically.
To prevent cold air from bl owing in from outside, the
fan may not start i mmediately when the AUTO
button is pressed.
When you set the temperature to the lower or upper
limit, Lo or Hi is displayed.
