Electric windows
1.Left electric window control.
2. Right electric window control.
Manual mode
Automatic mode
Press or pull the control fully, beyond the
resistance point. The window opens or closes
completely when the switch is released.
Pressing the switch again stops the movement
of the window. The electric window functions
are deactivated for approximately 45
seconds
after switching off the ignition.
Safety anti-pinch
Malfunction
When the ignition is switched on, fixed
illumination of the red indicator lamp in the
button indicates a malfunction of the system.
Have it checked by a PEUGEOT dealer or a
qualified workshop.
Automatic activation
(Depending on the country of sale)
The system is activated automatically 2

after the last door or the boot is closed.

o avoid triggering the alarm on entering
the vehicle, first press the unlocking button
on the remote control or unlock the vehicle
using the "
K

eyless Entry and Starting"
system. Press or pull the control, without going past the
point of resistance. The window stops as soon
as the control is released.
If your vehicle is fitted with the safety anti-pinch
function, when the window rises and meets an
obstacle, it stops and partially lowers.
Reinitialisation
Following reconnection of the battery, the anti-
pinch safety function must be reinitialised.

ower the window fully, then raise it, it will
rise in steps of a few centimetres each time
the control is pressed.

epeat the operation until the window is
fully closed.
F

C
ontinue to pull the control upwards for
at least one second after reaching this
position, window closed.
The safety anti-pinch does not operate
while doing this.
Failure of the remote control
To deactivate the monitoring functions:
F u nlock the vehicle using the key (integral to
the remote control) in the driver's door lock,

pen the door; the alarm is triggered,
F

s
witch on the ignition; the alarm stops; the
indicator lamp in the button goes off.
Locking the vehicle without
activating the alarm
F Lock or deadlock the vehicle using the key (integral to the remote control) in the driver's
door lock. In the event of unwanted opening of the window
on closing, press the control until the window
opens completely. Within 4
seconds, pull the
control until the window closes.
The safety anti-pinch does not operate while
doing this.

Front seats
PEUGEOT i-Cockpit
Before going out on the road and to benefit from the
ergonomic layout of the PEUGEOT i- Cockpit, adjust in
the following order:
-

he height of the head restraint,
-

t
he seat backrest angle,
-
t

he seat cushion height,
-

t
he longitudinal position of the seat,
-
t

he depth and then the height of the steering wheel,
-

t
he rear view mirror and door mirrors.
Before carrying out the manoeuvres, check
that nothing and no one is obstructing the
moving elements and their locking.
To avoid sudden folding, take care to
hold the backrest and support it until it is
horizontal.
Never put your hand underneath the seat
cushion to guide the seat downwards
or upwards, you could get your fingers
trapped. Place your hand on the grip/strap
(depending on equipment) at the top of the
seat cushion.
Please note: an incorrectly latched
backrest compromises the safety of
passengers in the event of sudden braking
or an impact.
The contents of the boot may be thrown
for ward – risk of severe injury!
Adjustments
Forwards-backwards
Height
(driver only)
F If fitted to your vehicle, pull the control upwards to raise or push it downwards to
lower, as many times as necessary to obtain
the position required.

Ra
ise the control and slide the seat
forwards or backwards.
Once these adjustments have been made,
ensure that from your driving position you can
see the "head-up" instrument panel clearly,
over the reduced diameter steering wheel.

Ease of use and comfort

The upper stops may be adjusted if:
- A g reat deal of effort is needed to
move the upper latches A and B .

here is noise while driving, caused by
excessive free play.
During locking of the partition behind the
row 2 or row 1 seats, an engagement
noise tells you that the upper latches are
closed.
A visible mark and a coloured mark show
you the position of the latches.
The partition must not be moved with the
latches out – Risk of scratches or damage
to the plastic trims!
The partition must never be removed to
convert the vehicle from a commercial
vehicle to a private vehicle.
This would pose a risk to the safety of
users due to the absence of a child lock
on the boot door (obligatory on private
vehicles).Opening/closing the hatch
F Open/close the hatch using the lock.
F U se the stay to keep it in the open position.
Always close the hatch and straighten the
backrest of the outer passenger seat(s)
(depending on the position of the partition)
if you are not carrying any long loads.
Positioning the protective
cover
The protective cover must be installed
each time the backrest of the outer seat
is folded down and the partition hatch is
open.
Do not allow any passenger to sit in the
row 1 outer seat if the backrest of the
outer seat behind it in row 2 is folded down
and the hatch is open.
Do not allow any passenger to sit in the
row 2 central seat if the backrest of the
outer seat is folded down and the hatch
is open.
Avoid placing any load on the crossbar of
the hatch threshold. If possible, place the
load on the folded backrests of the seats.

Automatic wiping (press down,
then release).
Single wipe (pull the stalk briefly
towards you).
Front screenwash
F Pull the wiper control stalk towards you and hold.
The screenwash and windscreen wiper operate
for as long as the control stalk is pulled.
Termination of the screenwash is followed by a
final wiping cycle.
On vehicles fitted with automatic
air conditioning, any action on the
screenwash control results in temporary
closing of the air intake to avoid odours
inside the passenger compartment.
The screenwash jets are integrated in the
tips of each arm.
The screenwash fluid is sprayed along the
length of the wiper blade. This improves
visibility and reduces the consumption of
screenwash fluid.
In some cases, depending on the contents
or colour of the liquid and on the exterior
brightness, the liquid spray may be hardly
noticeable. To avoid damaging the wiper blades,
do not operate the screenwash if the
screenwash reservoir is empty.
Only operate the screenwash if there
is no risk of the fluid freezing on the
windscreen and hindering visibility. Always
use a screenwash fluid suitable for low
temperatures during the winter period.
Never top up with water.
Rear wiper
Rear wiper selection ring:

Intermittent wiping (proportional to
the speed of the vehicle).
Wash-wipe (set duration).
Reverse gear
When reverse gear is engaged, the rear wiper
will come into operation automatically if the
windscreen wipers are operating.
Activation/Deactivation
Activation or deactivation is set via
the vehicle configuration menu.
This system is activated by default.
If a significant accumulation of snow or ice
is present, or when using a bicycle carrier
on the boot, deactivate the automatic rear
w i p e r.
Special position of the
windscreen wipers
This position is used for cleaning or
replacement of the wiper blades. It can also
be useful, in winter (ice, snow), to release the
wiper blades from the windscreen.

Lighting and visibility

With audio system or touch screen
The deactivation or activation
is carried out via the vehicle
configuration menu.
The state of the system stays in the memory
when the ignition is switched off. The rear parking sensors system will
be deactivated automatically if a trailer
or bicycle carrier is connected to a
towing device installed in line with the
manufacturer's recommendations.
In this case, the outline of a trailer is
displayed at the rear of the image of the
vehicle.
The parking sensors are deactivated while the
Park Assist system is measuring a space.
For more information on the Park Assist , refer
to the corresponding section.
Operating limits Maintenance
recommendations
In bad or wintry weather, ensure that the
sensors are not covered with mud, ice or
snow. When reverse gear is engaged, an
audible signal (long beep) indicates that
the sensors may be dirty.

waves: pedestrians may not be detected.

ccumulated snow or dead leaves on the
road sur face can inter fere with the vehicle's
sensors.

ront or rear impact to the vehicle can
distort the settings of the sensors, which is
not always detected by the system: distance
measurements may be incorrect.

he tilting of the vehicle if the boot is
very loaded can affect the distance
measurements.

he sensors may be affected by poor
weather conditions (heavy rain, thick fog,
snowfall, etc.).
