Electric power steering system warning light (warning buzzer)
Indicates a malfunction in the EPS (Electric Power Steering) sys-
tem
 Have the vehicle inspected by your Lexus dealer immediately.

PCS warning lightIndicates a malfunction in the PCS (Pre-Collision System) or that
the system is temporarily unavailable due to the vehicle being
extremely hot/cold, or dirt around a front sensor, etc.

 Follow the instructions displayed on the multi-information dis-
play. ( P. 255, 444)
If the PCS (Pre-Collision System ) or VSC (Vehicle Stability Con-
trol) system is disabled, the PC S warning light will illuminate.

Slip indicator
Indicates a malfunction in:
• The VSC system;
• The TRAC system; or
• The hill-start assist control system
 Have the vehicle inspected by your Lexus dealer immediately.
The light will flash when the VSC or TRAC system is operating.

The driver’s seat belt buzzer sounds to alert the driver that his or her seat belt is not
fastened. Once the engine switch is turned to IGNITION ON mode, the buzzer
sounds for 6 seconds. If the vehicle reaches a speed of 12 mph (20 km/h), the buzzer
sounds once. If the seat belt is still unfast ened after 24 seconds, the buzzer will sound
intermittently for 10 seconds. Then, if the se at belt is still unfastened, the buzzer will
sound in a different tone for 20 more seconds.
Front passenger’s seat belt buzzer:
The front passenger’s seat belt buzzer soun ds to alert the front passenger that his or
her seat belt is not fastened. The buzzer so unds once if the vehicle reaches a speed of
12 mph (20 km/h). If the seat belt is still unfastened after 24 se conds, the buzzer will
sound intermittently for 10 se conds. Then, if the seat belt is still unfastened, the buzzer
will sound in a different to ne for 20 more seconds.

LKA warning light
The warning light comes on and a warning message is displayed to
indicate that the LKA (Lane-Keepin g Assist) system is not available
temporarily or has detected a malfunction.

If a warning message is displayed
Master warning light
The master warning light also comes on or flashes in order to indicate that a message
is currently being displayed on
the multi-information display.
Multi-information display
If any of the warning light comes on ag ain after the following actions have been
performed, contact your Lexus dealer.
If a warning is shown on the multi-info rmation display, stay calm and perform
the following actions:

Indicates that there is a high possibility of a frontal colli-
sion, or that the pre-collision braking function is operat-
ing At the same time, will appear on the head-up
display.

 Avoid the collision by decelerating using the brakes
or taking other evasive actions.

Indicates that your vehicle is nearing the vehicle ahead
(in vehicle-to-vehicle distance control mode)

play (the image flashes).

 Slow the vehicle by applying the brakes.

Indicates that the vehicle has deviated from the lane
(while the LKA [Lane-Keeping Assist] system is operat-
ing) The lane line on the side the vehicle has deviated from
flashes in amber.
At the same time, will appear on the head-up
display (the image flashes).

 Check around the vehicle and back to inside of the
lane lines.

When trouble arises
Indicates a malfunction in the parking brake system
A buzzer also sounds.
 Press the parking brake switch. If the warning mes-
sage is still displayed, have the vehicle inspected by
your Lexus dealer.
Indicates an attempt was made to release the parking
brake without depressing the brake pedal
A buzzer also sounds.
 Release the parking brake while depressing the
brake pedal.
Indicates that the shift position was changed and Drive-
Start Control was operated while depressing the accel-
erator pedal A buzzer also sounds.
 Momentarily release the accelerator pedal.
Indicates an attempt was made to shift to 1st gear with
the shift position in M while on a slippery surface
The vehicle will not shift down from 2nd gear.
A buzzer also sounds.

When trouble arises
Indicates a malfunction in the tire pressure warning sys-
tem
 Stop the vehicle in a safe place and turn the engine
switch off then on again. If the tire pressure warning
indicator flashes for 1 minute then illuminates, there
is a malfunction in the system. Have the vehicle
inspected at your Lexus dealer.
Indicates that the tire position information cannot be rec-
ognized
 Drive for a short while an d check if the display
updates.
If the radio wave conditions improve, the display
may return to normal. If th e tire pressure is still not
displayed after driving for several minutes, stop the
vehicle in a safe place, turn the engine switch off
then on again, and start driv ing. If the tire pressure is
still not displayed even after repeating this process
several times, have the vehicle inspected at your
Lexus dealer.
Indicates that the washer fluid level is low
 Add washer fluid.
Except F SPORT models of GS350/GS300, and GS F:
Indicates that remaining fuel is approximately 2.6 gal.
(10.0 L, 2.2 Imp.gal.) or less
F SPORT models of GS350/GS300: Indicates remain-
ing fuel is approximately 2.6 gal. (9.9 L, 2.2 Imp.gal.) or
less
 Refuel the vehicle.
