KEYLESS ACCESS SYSTEM
The Keyless Access System enables operation of the doors and liftgate wi\
thout removing the Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter from your pocket or purse. \
The transmitter must be within 3 feet of the liftgate or the door being unlocked.
KEYLESS UNLOCKING
With the transmitter within range:
Press the button on the driver’s door
handle to unlock the driver’s door; press it again within 5 seconds to unlock all doors and liftgate.
Press the button on a passenger door handle to unlock all doors and liftgate.
Press the touchpad on the bottom of the liftgate to open the liftgate.
KEYLESS LOCKING
With the ignition off, the transmitter out of the vehicle, and all doors\
closed:
Press the button on any door handle to lock all doors and the liftgate i\
mmediately.
If Passive Locking is turned on, all doors will lock automatically after\
a short delay.
Note: To change the door lock and unlock settings, go to Settings > Vehicle > Remote Lock, Unlock and Start.

Remote Vehicle StartF
Press and release the Lock button and then press and hold the button until the turn signal lamps flash to start the engine from outside the vehicle. After entering the vehicle, turn on the ignition.
• During a remote start, the engine will run for 15 minutes.
• To cancel a remote start, press and hold the button until the parking lamps turn off.
• The heated/ventilated seatsF will turn on, if enabled in the Vehicle Settings.
Note: To change the remote lock, unlock, and remote start settings, go to Settings > Vehicle > Remote Lock, Unlock and Start.

Lock
Press to lock all doors.
Unlock
Press to unlock the driver’s door. Press again to unlock all doors.
Press and hold to lower all windowsF, if enabled in the Vehicle Settings.
Vehicle Locator/Panic Alarm
Press and release to locate your vehicle. The horn will sound 3 times.
Press and hold to activate the alarm. Press again to cancel the alarm.
Power LIftgateF
Press twice to open or close the liftgate.
Press once to stop power liftgate operation.

KEYLESS (PUSHBUTTON) START
AUTO ENGINE STOP/START OPERATION
The Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter must be in the vehicle to turn on the ignition.
STARTING THE ENGINE
With the transmission in Park or Neutral, press the brake pedal and then press the ENGINE START/STOP button. The green button indicator will illuminate.
Note: If the Remote Keyless Entry transmitter battery is weak, place the transmitter in the front cupholder in the center console to enable the engine to start. Replace the transmitter battery as soon as possible.
STOPPING THE ENGINE/OFF
Shift to Park and press the ENGINE START/STOP button to turn off the engine.
ACCESSORY MODE
With the engine off and the brake pedal not depressed, press the ENGINE START/ STOP button to place the ignition in accessory mode to operate the radio, wi\
ndows and other accessories with the engine off. The amber button indicator wi\
ll illuminate.

The fuel-saving engine stop/start system automatically stops and restarts the engine to help conserve fuel. The system may turn off the engine, referred to as an Auto Stop, when the brake pedal is pressed and the vehicle is at a complete stop, if operating conditions are met. In Auto Stop mode, the tachometer gauge will read AUTO STOP. The audio system, climate controls and other accessories will continue to operate. When the brake pedal is released o\
r the accelera-tor pedal is pressed, the engine will restart. After parking the vehicle\
and turning off the engine, the tachometer gauge will read OFF.
The engine may remain running or restart when the vehicle is stopped if:\
• A minimum vehicle speed is not reached.
• The engine or transmission is not at the required operating temperature.\
• The outside temperature is not in the required operating range.
• The shift lever is in any gear other than Drive (D).
• The battery charge is low.
• The climate control system requires the engine to run based on the curre\
nt settings.
• The Auto Stop has reached the maximum allowed time.

REAR SEAT ADJUSTMENTS
Pull the lever (A) on the side of the seat and move the seatback to the desired position. Release the lever.
Lift up the bar (B) under the seat and slide the seat to the desired position.
FOLDING THE REAR SEAT
1. Press the button on the head restraint. It will fold automatically.
2. Pull the lever (A) on the side of the seat and fold the seatback forwa\
rd. From the cargo area, pull the lever on each side of the cargo area to fold the dr\
iver-side rear seatback or passenger-side rear seatback.

POWER SEAT ADJUSTMENTS
A. Seat Cushion Adjustment
Move the control to move the seat forward or rearward and to tilt, raise or lower the seat.
B. Seatback Adjustment
Move the top of the control to recline or raise the seatback.
C. Lumbar Adjustment
Move the control to adjust the lumbar support.
SET MEMORY POSITIONS
1. With the vehicle in Park, adjust the driver’s seat, power steering columnF, and power out-side mirrorsF to the desired positions.
2. Press and release the SET button on the driver’s door. A beep will sound.
3. Immediately press and hold button 1 or 2 until two beeps sound.
To store a seat position for more clearance when exiting the vehicle, re\
peat these steps using the Exit button instead of button 1 or 2.
RECALL MEMORY POSITIONS
Press and hold button 1, 2, or Exit until the set position is reached.
The memory/exit positions can be programmed to be recalled automatically\
when the ignition is turned on/off (for exit recall, the driver’s door must b\
e opened).
To set the recall options, go to Settings > Vehicle > Seating Position >\

UNIVERSAL REMOTE SYSTEMF
The Driver Information Center (DIC) on the instrument cluster displays a variety of vehicle messages and system information.
DIC CONTROLS
Use the controls on the right side of the steer-ing wheel to view the Info and Options menus (base DIC) or the Info, Audio, Navigation, Phone and Options menus (midlevel and uplevel DICF).
Press the or button to move between the display zones.
Rotate the thumbwheel up or down to move through the menus.
Press the thumbwheel to open a menu, or to select or reset an item.
SELECT INFO PAGESF
1. Use the controls to open the Options menu.
2. Scroll to Info Pages. Press the button to enter the menu.
3. Scroll through the list of items.
4. Press the thumbwheel to select or deselect an item to display in the Info menu.

To apply the parking brake, press the Parking Brake button on the left side of the instrument panel.
To release the parking brake, turn on the ignition, press the brake pedal, and then press the button.

The rear camera mirror provides a wider, less obstructed field of view\
to assist when driving, changing lanes and checking traffic conditions.
A. On/Off
Pull or push the lever at the bottom of the mirror to turn the video display on or off.
B. Selection Control
Press and release the button to select the brightness, tilt or zoom feature.

Press and release either button to adjust the selected feature setting.

CRUISE CONTROL
SETTING CRUISE CONTROL
Press the On/Off button. The Cruise Control symbol will illuminate in white on the instrument cluster.
When traveling at the desired speed, press the thumbwheel down to the SE\
T position to set the speed. The symbol will illuminate in green on the instrument cluster.
ADJUSTING CRUISE CONTROL
+ RES Resume/Accelerate
Press the thumbwheel up to resume a set speed. When active, press up to increase speed 1 mph; press and hold to continue increasing speed.
– SET Set/Coast
When active, press the thumbwheel down to decrease speed 1 mph; press and hold to continue decreasing speed.
Cancel
Press the button, or press the brake pedal, to cancel Cruise Control without eras\
ing the set speed from memory.
The set speed is erased when Cruise Control or the vehicle ignition is t\
urned off.
ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROLF
The system maintains the set speed and a following gap — the time bet\
ween your vehicle and a vehicle detected directly ahead — by accelerating or braking au\
tomatically while you continue to steer.
Press the Following Gap button to select a following gap setting of Far, Medium, or Near. This is also the Forward Collision AlertF setting.
Press and hold the Cancel button to switch between regular Cruise Control and Adaptive Cruise Control.

The Low Tire Pressure warning light on the instrument cluster illuminates wh\
en one or more of the vehicle’s tires is significantly underinflated. Fi\
ll the tires to the proper tire pressures listed on the Tire and Loading Information label, located belo\
w the driver’s door latch. Current tire pressures can be viewed on the Driver Informati\
on Center.
With the ignition On or in Accessory mode, the Tire Fill Alert will prov\
ide visual and audi-ble alerts when the Low Tire Pressure warning light is on to help when i\
nflating a tire to the recommended tire pressure (does not apply to spare tire). When the\
recommended pressure is reached, the horn sounds and the turn signals change from fl\
ashing to solid.

UNDERFLOOR REAR CARGO STORAGE
Lift up the rear cargo floor for additional storage space. Use the hook to hold up the floor cover while in use.
CARGO MANAGEMENT SYSTEMF
The cargo management system features a rail sys-tem and cargo fence that divides the cargo area for smaller items.
Adjust the Fence Position
1. Turn each knob on the posts to align the Unlock symbol with the button arrow.
2. Push the button and slide the fence to the desired position along each rail until it clicks into place.
3. Turn each knob to the Lock position.
Remove the Fence
1. Turn each knob on the posts to align the Unlock symbol with the button arrow.
2. Press the buttons on the rail sliders and pull up the posts to remove th\
e fence. Store the fence in front of the spare tire under the cargo floor.
3. Move the rail sliders to an open slot on the rail to remove the sliders.\

TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR
CARGO STORAGE FEATURES

The traction control system limits wheelspin in difficult driving cond\
itions. The system turns on automatically every time the vehicle is started. Turn off tract\
ion control if the vehicle is stuck and rocking the vehicle is required.
Press the Traction Control button on the center of the instrument panel to turn traction control off or on again. The Traction Control Off light illuminates on the instrument cluster when the system is off.
