Theluggagecompartmentlidwillopenorclose
oncethesystemdetectsthemovement.
Theluggagecompartmentlidwillonlyopenor
closeifyouperformthemovementasdescribed.
Thispreventstheluggagecompartmentlidfrom
openingorclosingduetosimilarmovements,
suchaswhenyouwalkbetweentherearofthe
vehicleandyourgaragedoor.
Theclosingoftheluggagecompartmentlidisin-
dicatedbyawarningsignalandcanbecanceled
bymakingthedescribedmovementagain.
Thefootmovementdoesnotlockthevehicle.

—Thereisheavyrain
—Thebumperisverydirty,forexampleafterdriv-
ingonsalt-coveredroads
—Thereisinterferencetothevehiclekey'sradio
signal,suchasfrommobiledevicesorremote
controls

lidajaroropen,becausepoisonousgases

riskofasphyxiation.
