HOW TO USE THIS MANUAL
Essential Information
Each time direction instructions (left/right or
forwards/backwards) about the vehicle are
given, these must be intended as regarding
an occupant in the driver's seat. Special
cases not complying with this rule will be
properly specified in the text.
The figures in this User Guide are provided by
way of example only: this might imply that
some details of the image do not correspond
to the actual arrangement of your vehicle.
In addition, the User Guide has been con-
ceived considering vehicles with steering
wheel on the left side; it is therefore possible
that on vehicles with steering wheel on the
right side, the position or construction of
some controls is not exactly mirror-like with
respect to the figure.
To identify the chapter with the information
needed you can consult the index at the end
of this User Guide.Chapters can be rapidly identified with dedi-
cated graphic tabs, at the side of each odd
page. A few pages further there is a key for
getting to know the chapter order and the
relevant symbols in the tabs. There is anyway
a textual indication of the current chapter at
the side of each even page.
Symbols
Some vehicle components have colored la-
bels whose symbols indicate precautions to
be observed when using this component.
WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS
While reading this User Guide you will find a
series of WARNINGS to be followed to pre-
vent incorrect use of components which
could cause accidents or injuries.
There are also CAUTIONS that must be fol-
lowed to prevent against procedures that
could result in damage to your vehicle.
VAN CONVERSIONS/CAMPERS
The New Vehicle Limited Warranty does not
apply to body modifications or special equip- ment installed by van conversion/camper
manufacturers/body builders. U.S. residents
refer to the Warranty Information book, Sec-
tion 2.1.C. Canadian residents refer to the
“What Is Not Covered” section of the War-
ranty Information book. Such equipment in-
cludes video monitors, VCRs, heaters, stoves,
refrigerators, etc. For warranty coverage and
service on these items, contact the appli-
cable manufacturer.
Operating instructions for the special equip-
ment installed by the conversion/camper
manufacturer should also be supplied with
your vehicle. If these instructions are miss-
ing, please contact your authorized dealer for
assistance in obtaining replacement docu-
ments from the applicable manufacturer.

The vehicle doors can also be locked by using
the key fob lock button or the lock button
located on the vehicle’s interior door panel.
General Information
The following regulatory statement applies to
all radio frequency (RF) devices equipped in
this vehicle:
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC
Rules and with Industry Canada license-
exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is sub-
ject to the following two conditions:
1. This device may not cause harmful inter-ference, and
2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation.
NOTE:
Changes or modifications not expressly ap-
proved by the party responsible for compli-
ance could void the user’s authority to oper-
ate the equipment.
SEATS
Seats are a part of the Occupant Restraint
System of the vehicle.
WARNING!
• It is dangerous to ride in a cargo area, inside or outside of a vehicle. In a colli-
sion, people riding in these areas are
more likely to be seriously injured or
killed.
• Do not allow people to ride in any area of
your vehicle that is not equipped with
seats and seat belts. In a collision,
people riding in these areas are more
likely to be seriously injured or killed.
• Be sure everyone in your vehicle is in a
seat and using a seat belt properly.
Driver Memory Seat — If Equipped
This feature allows the driver to store up to
two different memory profiles for easy recall
through a memory switch. Each memory pro-
file contains desired position settings for the
driver’s seat, side mirrors, adjustable pedals
(if equipped) and a set of desired radio sta- tion presets. Your remote keyless entry key
fob can also be programmed to recall the
same positions when the unlock button is
pushed.
NOTE:
Your vehicle is equipped with two key fobs,
one key fob can be linked to memory position
1 and the other key fob can be linked to
memory position 2.
The memory seat buttons are located on the
outboard side of the driver’s seat cushion.

Programming The Memory Feature
To create a new memory profile, perform the
following:
1. Cycle the vehicle’s ignition to the ON/RUN position (do not start the engine).
2. Adjust all memory profile settings to de- sired preferences (i.e., driver’s seat, out-
side mirrors and radio station presets).
3. Push and release the set (S) button on the memory switch.
4. Within five seconds, push and release either of the memory buttons (1) or (2).
The instrument cluster display will show
which memory position has been set.
NOTE:
• Memory profiles can be set without the vehicle in PARK, but the vehicle must be in
PARK to recall a memory profile.
• To set a memory profile to your key fob, refer to “Linking And Unlinking The Re-
mote Keyless Entry Key Fob To Memory” in
this section.
Linking And Unlinking The Remote Keyless
Entry Key Fob To Memory
Your key fobs can be programmed to recall
one of two pre-programmed memory profiles
by pushing the unlock button on the key fob.
NOTE:
Before programming your key fobs to memory
the feature has to be selected.
• If your vehicle is equipped with a touch-screen, you must select the “Memory To
Fob” feature through the Uconnect system.

• If your vehicle is not equipped with a touch- screen, you must select the “Key Fob
Linked To Memory” feature through the
instrument cluster display. Refer to “In-
strument Cluster Display” in “Getting To
Know Your Instrument Panel” in the Own-
er’s Manual at www.mopar.com/en-us/
care/owners-manual.html (U.S. Residents)
or www.owners.mopar.ca (Canadian
Residents) for further information. To program your key fobs, perform the follow-
ing:
1. Cycle the vehicle’s ignition to the OFF
position.
2. Select desired memory profile (1) or (2).
NOTE:
If a memory profile has not already been
set, refer to "Programming The Memory
Feature" for instructions on how to set a
memory profile.
3. Once the profile has been recalled, push and release the set (S) button on the
memory switch, then push and release
button (1) or (2) accordingly. “Memory
Profile Set” (1 or 2) will display in the
instrument cluster display.
4. Push and release the lock button on the key fob within 10 seconds.
NOTE:
Your key fobs can be unlinked to your memory
settings by pushing the set (S) button, and
within 10 seconds, followed by pushing the

• For vehicles equipped with Driver MemorySeat, you can use your remote keyless entry
key fob or the memory switch on the driver’s
door trim panel to return the adjustable
pedals to pre-programmed positions. Refer
to “Driver Memory Seat” in “Getting To
Know Your Vehicle” for further information.
WARNING!
Do not adjust the pedals while the vehicle
is moving. You could lose control and have
an accident. Always adjust the pedals
while the vehicle is parked.
CAUTION!
Do not place any article under the adjust-
able pedals or impede its ability to move,
as it may cause damage to the pedal con-
trols. Pedal travel may become limited if
movement is stopped by an obstruction in
the adjustable pedal's path.
MIRRORS
Power Folding Outside Mirrors For
Standard And Trailer Tow —
If Equipped
If equipped with power folding mirrors, they
can be electrically folded rearward and un-
folded into the drive position.
The switch for the power folding mirrors is
located between the power mirror switches L
(left) and R (right). Push the switch once and
the mirrors will fold in, push the switch a
second time and the mirrors will return to the
normal driving position.
If the mirror is manually folded after electri-
cally cycled, a potential extra button push is
required to get the mirrors back to the home
position. If the mirror does not electrically
fold, check for ice or dirt build up at the pivot
area which can cause excessive drag. Resetting The Power Folding Outside Mirrors
You may need to reset the power folding
mirrors if the following occurs:
• The mirrors are accidentally blocked while
folding.
• The mirrors are accidentally manually folded/unfolded.
• The mirrors come out of the unfolded posi- tion.

• The mirrors shake and vibrate at normaldriving speeds.
To Reset The Power Folding Mirrors:
1. Using the power folding mirror switch, move the mirror to its full forward
position.
2. Using the power folding mirror switch, move the mirror to the full retract position
(this may require multiple button
pushes). This resets them to their normal
position.
NOTE:
• The power fold mirrors are designed to operate while the vehicle is stationary or
traveling at moderate speeds. If you at-
tempt to power fold the mirrors at high
speeds they may not fully open or close. You
should slow down to a moderate speed and
complete the operation.
• When pushing the power fold button 10 or more times in one minute the system shuts
down for one minute to protect the motors
from over heating.EXTERIOR LIGHTS
Headlight Switch
The headlight switch is located on the left
side of the instrument panel, next to the
steering wheel. The headlight switch controls
the operation of the headlights, parking
lights, instrument panel lights, cargo lights
and fog lights (if equipped).
Your vehicle is equipped with plastic head-
light and fog light (if equipped) lenses that
are lighter and less susceptible to stone

breakage than glass lights. Plastic is not as
scratch resistant as glass and therefore dif-
ferent lens cleaning procedures must be fol-
lowed.
To minimize the possibility of scratching the
lenses and reducing light output, avoid wip-
ing with a dry cloth. To remove road dirt, wash
with a mild soap solution followed by rinsing.
NOTE:
If your vehicle is equipped with illuminated
approach lights under the outside mirrors,
they can be turned off through the instrument
cluster or the Uconnect radio. For further

CAUTION!
Do not use abrasive cleaning components,
solvents, steel wool or other abrasive ma-
terials to clean the lenses.
Headlights
To turn on the headlights, rotate the head-
light switch clockwise to the headlight posi-
tion. When the headlight switch is on, the
parking lights, taillights, license plate light
and instrument panel lights are also turned
on. To turn off the headlights, rotate the
headlight switch back to the O (off) position.
Multifunction Lever
The multifunction lever is located on the left
side of the steering column.
High/Low Beam Switch
Push the multifunction lever toward the in-
strument panel to switch the headlights to
high beam. Pulling the multifunction lever
back toward the steering wheel will turn the
low beams back on, or shut the high beams
off.
Automatic High Beam Headlamp
Control — If Equipped
The Automatic High Beam Headlamp Control
system provides increased forward lighting at
night by automating high beam control
through the use of a digital camera mounted
on the inside rearview mirror. This camera
detects vehicle specific light and automati-
cally switches from high beams to low beams
until the approaching vehicle is out of view.

NOTE:
• The Automatic High Beam Headlamp Con-trol can be turned on or off by selecting
“ON” under “Auto High Beam” within your
Uconnect settings, as well as turning the
headlight switch to the AUTO position. Re-

• Broken, muddy, or obstructed headlights and taillights of vehicles in the field of view
will cause headlights to remain on longer
(closer to the vehicle). Also, dirt, film, and
other obstructions on the windshield or
camera lens will cause the system to func-
tion improperly.
If the windshield or Automatic High Beam
Headlamp Control mirror is replaced, the
mirror must be re-aimed to ensure proper
performance. See a local authorized dealer.To Activate

2. Turn the headlight switch to the AUTO headlight position.
3. Push the multifunction lever away from you (toward front of vehicle) to engage the
high beam mode.
NOTE:
This system will not activate until the vehicle
is at or above 20 mph (32 km/h).
To Deactivate
1. Pull the multifunction lever toward you (or rearward in vehicle) to manually deacti-
vate the system (normal operation of low
beams).
2. Push back on the multifunction lever to reactivate the system.
Automatic Headlights —
If Equipped
This system automatically turns the head-
lights on or off according to ambient light
levels. To turn the system on, rotate the
headlight switch counterclockwise to the
AUTO position. When the system is on, the
headlight time delay feature is also on. This
means the headlights will stay on for up to
90 seconds after you place the ignition into
the OFF position. The headlight time delay
can be programmed 0/30/60/90 seconds.

To turn the automatic system off, move the
headlight switch out of the AUTO position.
NOTE:
The engine must be running before the head-
lights will turn on in the Automatic Mode.
