.Since the spare tire is not
equipped with the TPMS, when a
spare tire is mounted or a wheel
is replaced, the TPMS will not
function and the low tire pressure
warning light will flash for ap-
proximately 1 minute. The light
will remain on after 1 minute.
Have your tires replaced and/or
TPMS system reset as soon as
possible. It is recommended you
visit a NISSAN dealer for these
services.
. Replacing tires with those not
originally specified by NISSAN
could affect the proper operation
of the TPMS.
CAUTION
.The TPMS is not a substitute for
the regular tire pressure check.
Be sure to check the tire pressure
regularly.
. If the vehicle is being driven at
speeds of less than 16 MPH (25
km/h), the TPMS may not operate
correctly. .
Be sure to install the specified
size of tires to the four wheels
correctly.
Master warning light
When the ignition switch is in the ON
position, the master warning light illumi-
nates if any of the following are displayed
on the vehicle information display.

17. AWD High Temp. Stop vehicle
warning (if so equipped)
This warning may appear while trying to
free a stuck vehicle due to increased oil
temperature. The driving mode may
change to Two-Wheel Drive (2WD). If this
warning is displayed, stop the vehicle with
the engine idling, as soon as it is safe to
do so. Then if the warning turns off, you
can continue driving. See “Intelligent 4x4”
(P.5-100).
18. Tire Size Incorrect: See Owner’s
Manual warning (if so equipped)
This warning may appear if there is a
large difference between the diameters of
the front and rear wheels and tires. Pull
off the road in a safe area, with the engine
idling. Check that all the tire sizes are the
same, that the tire pressure is correct and
that the tires are not excessively worn.
See “Intelligent 4x4” (P.5-100).
19. Battery Voltage Low Charge
Battery warning
This warning appears when the battery
voltage is low and the battery needs to be
charged.
20. Shipping Mode On Push Sto-
rage Fuse warning (if so equipped)
This warning may appear if the extended
storage fuse switch is not pushed in
(switched on). When this warning ap-
pears, push in (switch on) the extended
storage fuse switch to turn off the warn-
ing. For more information, see “Extended
storage fuse switch” (P.8-21).
21. Power will turn off to save the
battery warning
This warning appears after the ignition
switch is in the ON position for a certain
period of time.
22. Power turned off to save the
battery warning
This warning appears after the ignition
switch is automatically turned OFF to
save the battery.
23. Reminder: Turn OFF Headlights
warning
This warning appears when the driver
side door is opened with the headlight
switch is left ON and the ignition switch is
placed in the OFF or LOCK position. Place
the headlight switch in OFF or AUTO (if so
equipped) position. For additional infor-
mation, see “Headlight and turn signal
switch” (P.2-43).
24. Headlight System Error: See
Owner’s Manual warning (if so
equipped)
This warning appears if the LED head-
lights are malfunctioning. Have the sys-
tem checked. It is recommended that you
visit a NISSAN dealer for this service.
25. Timer Alert — Time for a driver
break? indicator
This indicator appears when the set “Time
for a driver break?” indicator activates.
You can set the time for up to 6 hours.
26. Chassis Control System Error:
See Owner’s Manual warning
This warning appears if the chassis con-
trol module detects an error in the
chassis control system. Have the system
checked. It is recommended that you visit
a NISSAN dealer for this service. (See
“Chassis control” (P.5-110).)
27. Cruise control indicator (if so
equipped)
This indicator shows the cruise control
system status. The status is shown by the
color.
See “Cruise control” (P.5-60) for details.

CAUTION
. The outlet and plug may be hot
during or immediately after use.
. Do not use with accessories that
exceed a 12 volt, 120W (10A)
power draw. Do not use double
adapters or more than one elec-
trical accessory.
. Use power outlet with the engine
running to avoid discharging the
vehicle battery. .
Avoid using power outlet when
the air conditioner, headlights or
rear window defroster is on.
. This power outlet is not designed
for use with a cigarette lighter
unit.
. Push the plug in as far as it will
go. If good contact is not made,
the plug may overheat or the
internal temperature fuse may
open.
. Before inserting or disconnecting
a plug, be sure the electrical
accessory being used is turned
OFF.
. When not in use, be sure to close
the cap. Do not allow water or any
liquid to contact the outlet.

If the battery cable is disconnected, or if
the fuse opens, the station memory will
be erased. In that case, reset the desired
stations.
CD player operation
Place the ignition switch in the ACC or ON
position. Insert the Compact Disc (CD)
into the slot with the label side facing up.
The CD will be guided automatically into
the slot and start playing.
After loading the CD, the number of
tracks on the CD and the play time will
appear on the display.
If another audio source is already operat-
ing, it will automatically turn off and the
CD will play.
If the system has been turned off while
the CD was playing, pushing the Power/
VOL dial will start the CD.
PLAY:
When the CD button is pushed while a CD
is loaded, the CD will start playing.
CD/MP3 display mode:
While listening to an MP3/WMA CD, cer-
tain text may be displayed on the screen
if the CD has been encoded with text information. Depending on how the MP3/
WMA CD is encoded, information such as
Artist, Song and Folder will be displayed.
The track number and the total number
of tracks in the current folder or on the
current disc are displayed on the screen
as well.
SEEK/TRACK:
When the
orbutton is pushed
and hold while the CD is being played, the
CD will play while fast forwarding or
rewinding. When the button is released,
the CD will return to normal play speed.
When the
orbutton is pushed
while the CD is being played, the next
track or the beginning of the current
track on the CD will be played. Push the
button again to select the previous
track.
REPEAT (RPT):
When the
button is pushed while the
CD is played, the play pattern can be
changed as follows:

When the
button is pushed while a CD

CD eject:
When the
button is pushed with the
CD loaded, the CD will be ejected.
If the CD comes out and is not removed,
it will be pulled back into the slot to
protect it.
USB memory player operation
USB memory main operation:
The USB connection port is located on
the lower part of the instrument panel.
(See “USB (Universal Serial Bus) connec-
tion port” (P.4-74).) Connect a USB mem-
ory into the port. When the audio system
operates, the system will switch to the
USB memory mode automatically.
If the system has been turned off while
the USB memory was playing, pushing
the Power/VOL dial will start the USB

all of the categories when any cate-
gory is not selected.
Radio Data System (RDS):
RDS stands for Radio Data System, and is
a data information service transmitted by
some radio stations on the FM band (not
AM band) encoded within a regular radio
broadcast. Currently, most RDS stations
are in large cities, but many stations are
now considering broadcasting RDS data.
The station name, such as “The Groove”, is
displayed on the display.
SEEK tuning/CAT (category):
. For AM and FM radio
Push the
orbutton to tune
from low to high or high to low
frequencies and to stop at the next
broadcasting station.
. For SiriusXM Satellite Radio
Push the
orbutton to tune to
the first channel of the next or pre-
vious category.
SCAN tuning:
Push the
button to tune from low to
high frequencies and stop at each broad-
casting station for several seconds. Push-
ing the
button again during this several seconds period will stop SCAN
tuning and the radio will remain tuned to
that station.
If the
button is not pushed within five
seconds, SCAN tuning moves to the next
station.
toStation memory opera-
tions:
6 stations can be set for the AM band. 12
stations can be set for the FM band (6 for
FM1, 6 for FM2). 18 channels can be set for
the satellite radio (6 for XM1, 6 for XM2, 6
for XM3).
1. Choose the radio band using the
or XM button.
2. Tune to the desired station or chan- nel.
3. Push and hold the desired station or channel preset button

4. The station or channel indicator will then come on. Memorizing is now
complete.
5. Other buttons can be set in the same manner.
