The Mercedes-Benz emer gency call sy stem can
help todecisively reduce the time between an
accident and the ar riva l of emer gency services
at the site of the accident. It helps locate an
accident site in places that are dif ficult to
access.
The emer gency call can be made au tomatical ly
( / page 322) or manually (/ page 323). Only
make emer gency calls if you or others are in
need of rescue. Do not make an emergency call
in theeve nt of a breakdown or a similar situa‐
