If the vehicle is to be parked outside for
a long period, it is advisable to protect the
roof using a
tarpaulin.
It is advisable to close the roof when you
park the vehicle.
Even if the roof is closed, it is safer not to
leave any valuables inside the vehicle.
Remove the ignition key when you leave
the vehicle to prevent any involuntary roof
movement.
If your vehicle has a
voice command
system, it may be affected if you drive with
the roof open.
Protection of electric motors that control
roof opening and closure: during repeated
opening and closing movements of the
roof, it is possible that heating up of the
electric motors no longer allows the roof to
be opened or closed. Allow the motors to
cool by not trying to move the roof for ten
minutes.Boot

If the roof per forms an opening
manoeuvre in zone B, an action on the
boot opening command causes the roof to
close. The boot will be opened when the
roof has reached position 2 . You can then
raise the tailgate.
If the roof per forms an closing manoeuvre

roof has reached position 2 . You can then
raise the tailgate.
If the roof per forms an opening or closing
manoeuvre in zone B following an
"anti-panic" function, the boot opening

Advice on care and
maintenance
Recommendations on the care and
maintenance of your vehicle are given in the
Maintenance and Warranty Guide.
Textured paint
Textured paint reacts to light with variations of
appearance and finish that emphasise the car's
lines and form. This paint coating has particles
that remain visible and create a unique satin
relief effect. Its lightly granulated texture gives
it a
surprising feel. Observe the following recommendations
to avoid damaging the paint finish:
-
c
hoose a high pressure wash, or at
least a high water delivery; roller brush
washing is compatible.
-
g
ently wipe the body with a clean
microfibre cloth.
-
c
arefully wipe off any fuel spilt on the
body using a soft cloth, then allow to
d r y.
-
c
lean off minor marks (for example,
finger marks), using the product in the
"TECHNATURE" range intended for
removing insects.
H o w eve r,
-
d
o not select the programme with hot
wax finish.
-
d
o not use waterless cleaning.
-
n
ever polish the vehicle.
-
d
o not use paint restorers, abrasive
or polishing products, or bright paint
preser vers (wax polish, for example).
It is always preferable to have paint
repairs carried out in the dealer network or
by a
qualified workshop.
