Front seats: manual seat adjustment. Forward/back: pull the lever and move

Raising/lowering: pull/push the lever.
Tilting the backrest: turn the hand wheel.
Lumbar support: Press the button in the
corresponding position.
Folding down the backrest (only 3-door
vehicles): pull the lever and push the
backrest forward.
