With the Vehicl eHealth Check, the Customer
Assistance Center can provid eimprove dsup-
port for problems with your vehicle. During an
existing call, vehicl edataist ransferred to the
Customer Assistance Center.
The custome rservice representative can use
the receive ddatatod ecidew hatk ind of assis-
tance is required .You are then, for example,
guided to the neares tauthorize dMercedes-
Benz Center or arecovery vehicl eiscalled.
If vehicl edatan eeds to be transferred during an
MB Info cal loraRoadsid eAssistance call, thisi s
initiated by the Customer Assistance Center.
The Roadside AssistanceC onnected

sage appears in the display .Ifthe Vehicl eHealth
Check can be started ,the Request
forVehi‐cle Diagnostics Received Start vehi‐cle diagnostics?message appears in the
display.
XPress the Yesbutton to confirm the message.
XWhenthe VehicleD iagnostics PleaseStart Ignitionmessage appears :turn the
SmartKey to position 2in the ignition lock

data can now be sent.
XPress the OKbutton to confirm the message.

Assistance Center is terminated.

Depending on what the custome rservice rep-
resentative agree dwithy ou,the voice connec- tio

plete. If necessary,y ouwill be contacted at a
later time by another means, e.g .bye -mail or
phone.
Anothe rfunctio nofthe Vehicl eHealth Check is
the transfer of service data to the Customer
Assistance Center. If aservice is due, the display
shows amessage to thise ffect together with
informatio nabout any specia loffers at your
workshop.

Downloadin groutes
Downloading routes allows yo utotransfer and
save predefine droutes in the navigatio nsys-
tem.
Ar oute can be prepared and sent by either a
custome rservice representative or under "Own-
ers Online "athttp://www.mbusa.com.
Each route can includ euptofourw aypoints.
Once aroute hasb eenr eceive dbythe naviga-
tio ns ystem ,you will see the External
desti‐nation ICON_POI_Category Name_1 hasbeensaved to "Previous destina‐tions".W ould you liketos tart navi‐gation?message on the multimedia system
display.
