If a warning light turns on or a warning buzzer
sounds
Calmly perform the following actions if any of the warning lights comes on or
flashes. If a light comes on or flashes, but then goes off, this does not necessar-
ily indicate a malfunction in the system. However, if this continues to occur,
have the vehicle inspected by any authorized Lexus retailer or Lexus autho-
rized repairer, or any reliable repairer.

Malfunction indicator lamp Indicates a malfunction in:• The hybrid system;
• The emission control system (if equipped); • The electronic engine control system; • The electronic throttle control system; or
• The electronic hybrid transmission control system (if equipped)  Have the vehicle inspected by any authorized Lexus retailer or Lexus authorized repairer, or any reliable repairer immediately.
SRS warning light
Indicates a malfunction in: • The SRS airbag system; or• The seat belt pretensioner system

(65 mph) until the transmission warms up A buzzer also sounds. Wait until the transmission warms up.
Indicates that the parking brake is set automatically while the brake hold system is holding the brakes
A buzzer also sounds.  Release the parking brake.
Indicates a malfunction in the Drive-Start Control system
A buzzer also sounds.  Have the vehicle inspected by any authorized Lexus retailer or Lexus authorized repairer, or any reliable
repairer.
Indicates a malfunction in the brake override system
A buzzer also sounds.  Have the vehicle inspected by any authorized Lexus retailer or Lexus authorized repairer, or any reliable
