The daytime running lights turn
on.
■Turning on the high beam headlights
With the headlights on, push the lever
away from you to turn on the high
beams.
Pull the lever toward you to the cen-
ter position to turn the high beams off.
Pull the lever toward you and release it
to flash the high beams once. You can flash the high beams with the
headlights on or off.

LDA (Lane Departure Alert with
steering control) (if equipped)
■Turning LDA system on
Press the LDA switch to turn the LDA sys-
tem on.
The LDA indicator illuminates and a
message is displayed on the multi-infor-
mation display.
Press the LDA switch again to turn the
LDA system off.
When the LDA system is turned on or
off, operation of the LDA system contin-
ues in the same condition the next time
the engine is started.
When driving on highways and freeways with wh ite (yellow) lines, this function alerts the
driver when the vehicle might depart from it s lane and provides assistance by operating
the steering wheel to keep the vehicle in its lane.
The LDA system recognizes visible white (ye llow) lines with the camera sensor on the
upper portion of the front windshield.

Fine adjustment: Momentarily move the
lever in the desired direction.

■ Changing the vehicle-to-vehicle distan ce (vehicle-to-vehicle distance con-
trol mode)
Pressing the button changes the vehicle-to-
vehicle distance as follows:

Short
The vehicle-to-vehicle distance is set
automatically to long mode when the
engine switch is turned to IGNITION
ON mode.
If a vehicle is running ahead of you, the
preceding vehicle mark will also be dis-
played.

Sport mode
•SPORT S modeAssists acceleration response by cont rolling the transmission and engine.
When not in SPORT S mode, if the driving mode select swit ch is turned to the right,
the “SPORT S” indicator comes on in the meter.
•SPORT S+ mode Provides earlier downshift timing than SP ORT S mode in order to maintain a high
engine speed and provides faster gear chan ges. This mode also changes the steering
feel, suspension control and VDIM control, making it suitable for powerful sporty
driving.
When in SPORT S mode, if the driving mode se lect switch is turned to the right, the
“SPORT S+” indicator comes on in the meter.3

Tire Pressure Warning System
■The tire inflation pressure display function
The tire pressure detected by the tire pres-
sure warning system can be displayed on
the multi-information display.
The illustration used is intended as an
example, and may differ from the image
that is actually displayed on the multi-
information display.
■Initializing the tire pressure warning system
Turn the engine switch to IGNITION ON mode.
Press or on the meter control switch and select .
Press or on the meter control switch an d select “Vehicle Settings”. Then press
.
Press or on the meter control
switch and select “TPMS”. Then press
and hold until a message is dis-
played.The message will be displayed on the
meter and the tire pressure warning
light will blink slowly 3 times.
When the message disappears, ini-
tialization is complete.
Your vehicle is equipped with a tire pressure warning system that uses tire pressure warn-
ing valves and transmitters to detect low ti re inflation pressure before serious problems
arise.

ASC (Active Sound Control)
The ASC system can be operated when the
driving mode select switch is in the follow-
ing modes.
● SPORT S mode/customized mode
(powertrain control is set to “POWER”):
Sounds are output from the rear.
● SPORT S+ mode: When the engine
speed is in the low-to-medium speed
range, sounds are output from the rear.
At high engine speeds, sounds are
mainly output from the front.
■Disabling the ASC system
Press the ASC switch.
The indicator on switch will turn off.
Press the switch again to turn the system
back on.
Even if the indicator is illuminated, when
the driving mode select switch is in Nor-
mal, Eco drive or customized mode
(powertrain control is not set to
“POWER”), ASC does not operate.
The ASC system directs certain sounds from the front and rear of the cabin to the vehicle
interior, and harmonizes these sounds with the actual sound of the engine and exhaust in
order to allow the driver to feel acceleration and the state of the engine more strongly.

TVD (Torque Vectoring Differential)
■Changing TVD control modes
With the engine switch in IGNITION ON
mode, pressing the TVD switch changes
the TVD control mode.
The current TVD control mode will be
displayed on the meters.
STANDARD mode
This is the default mode and pro-
vides an optimum balance of driving
agility and stability.
SLALOM mode
This mode emphasizes enhanced
steering response.
TRACK mode
This mode emphasizes stability for
high speed sporty driving.
The TVD system distributes driving force (torque) between the right and left rear wheels
automatically. This system contributes to en hanced steering response while cornering
and increased traction when exiting a corner , providing an agile driving experience.

Fuel Tank Cap
■Before refueling the vehicle
● Turn the engine switch off and ensure that all the doors and windows are closed.
● Confirm the type of fuel.
■Opening the fuel tank cap
With the doors unlocked, press the
center of the rear edge of the fuel filler
door.
Push until you hear a click and take
your hand away to slightly open the fuel
filler door. Then open the door fully by
hand.
Turn the fuel tank cap slowly to remove
it and put it into the holder on the fuel
filler door.1
