SiriusXM™ Mode Display Controls

Mode Display
!Ÿ
Displays the current operating mode
!Ÿ
If you tap on FM, AM, or SiriusXM in the Mode Display, the
corresponding mode will be selected.
Preset Shows saved presets for user selection.
After selecting frequency press and hold (more than 0.8 sec-
onds) the preset button. A ‘beep’will sound and the frequency
is saved to the selected preset button.
A total of 18 frequencies for SiriusXM™ modes can be saved.
Channel Logo
Displays the current channel logo.
Channel Info Displays the current channel number and name.
Contents InfoDisplays the artist, title and other information about the current
playing song.
Category Info
Displays the current playing category.
ScanPlays all receivable channels for 10 seconds each.
Direct TuneUsed to search for channels by entering channel numbers.
CategoryIf you press Category, when search channels through SEEK,
Tune and Scan, search it in the current category.

Buttons
Used to select the previous/next category.
Play Live Plays live broadcast mode.
Skip
Backward Repeats the previously broadcasted program.

Skipping Prompt
Messages
When you hear the prompt, “Please
say a command,” from the system,
press the voice recognition icon on
the steering wheel remote control to
skip the message and go directly to
listening mode to say your command.
This results in faster operation when
you feel the message is too long or
you already know the command to
use.
Combining Voice
Recognition with On-
Screen Commands
After pressing the key, say
a command after the beep. The
voice recognition system will execute
the desired operation after learning
the command. Alternatively, you may
touch any of the corresponding
Frequently Used Commands on the
screen while the Voice Recognition
system is in operation.
Combining voice recognition with
available on-screen commands is
useful when the system is taking lon-
ger than expected or the voice com-
mand did not execute as desired.

SoundHound Main ScreenSoundHound is a music search
engine. It enables users to identify
music by playing or singing a song.
It is also possible to search by typing
the name of the artist, song, album
or lyrics.
The head unit should be connected
to the Internet in order to use
SoundHound. (ex. Wi-Fi)
Accessing SoundHound
1. From the Home screen, select All
Menus, My Menu then select
SoundHound
button.
2. Select SoundHound

on Radio modes (AM, FM and
SiriusXM) or Media modes
