Passenger
airbag systemfixed.The control switch, located at the
passenger's end of the dashboard, is in
the
"ON " position.
The passenger's front airbag is activated.
In this case, do not install a rear ward
facing child seat on the front passenger
seat.Turn the control switch to the " OFF" position to
deactivate the front passenger's airbag.
You can install a rear ward facing child seat on the
front passenger seat, except if there is a fault with the
airbags (airbag warning lamp on).
Warning
/indicator lampis on Cause Action / Observations
Electric child
lock temporarily.
The electric child lock is activated. Displayed for a few seconds after activating the
function and every time the ignition is switched on.

Deactivation indicator lamps
Warning/indicator lampis on Cause Action / Observations
Passenger's
airbag system fixed.
The control switch, located at the
passenger's end of the dashboard, is
set to the "OFF" position.
The passenger's front airbag is
deactivated.
You can install a rear ward facing
child seat on the front passenger
seat, except if there is a fault with the
airbags (airbag warning lamp on). Set the control switch to the "ON"
position to activate
the passenger's front airbag. In this case, do not
install a child seat in the rear ward facing position.
If one of the following indicator lamps comes on, this confirms that the corresponding system has been switched off intentionally.
This is may be accompanied by an audible signal and a message in the multifunction screen.

Warning/indicator lampis on Cause Action / Observations
Airbags temporarily. This lamp comes on for a few
seconds when you turn on the
ignition, then goes off. This lamp should go off when the engine is started.
If it does not go off, contact a CITROËN dealer or a
qualified workshop.

workshop.
Front seat belt

Pull the strap then insert the tongue in the buckle.
Rear seat belt

unfastened fixed then flashing
accompanied by an
audible signal. One or more rear passengers have
unfastened their seat belt.
Power steering fixed. The power steering has a fault. Drive carefully at reduced speed.
Have it checked by a CITROËN dealer or a qualified
workshop.
Door(s) open
fixed if the speed is
below 6 mph (10 km/h). A door or the boot is still open. Close the door or boot.
fixed and accompanied
by an audible signal
if the speed is above

Child seat in the front*
Rearward facing
When a rear ward facing child seat is installed
on the front passenger seat, adjust the seat to
the intermediate longitudinal position, with the
backrest straightened.
The passenger's front airbag must be
deactivated. Otherwise, the child would
risk being seriously injured or killed if the
airbag were to inflate .
Forward facing
When a for ward facing child seat is installed on
the front passenger seat , adjust the vehicle's
seat to the intermediate longitudinal position
with seat backrest straightened and leave the
passenger's front airbag activated.

efer to the current legislation in your country
before installing your child on the front seat. Ensure that the seat belt is correctly
tensioned.
For child seats with a support leg,
ensure that the support leg is in stable
contact with the floor. If necessary,
adjust the passenger seat.Passenger seat adjusted to the intermediate
