uChanging the display
To change the displayed item,
press the “TRIP” switch.
Each time the switch is pressed,
the displayed item will be
changed.
uDisplay items
nOdometer
Displays the total distance the vehicle has been driven.
nTrip meter A/trip meter B
Displays the distance the vehicle has been driven since the meter
was last reset. Trip meters A and B can be used to record and dis-
play different distances independently.
To reset, display the desired trip meter and press and hold the “TRIP”
switch.

Meter light control
Displays the meter light control display.
• The brightness of the meters can be adjusted individually for day mode and night mode
*.
• If the brightness of the meters is adjusted when the tail lights are on, the brightness of the clock and other items will also be adjusted.
• To adjust the brightness, display the meter light control display and press and hold the “TRIP” switch.

To set the visor in the forward
position, flip it down.
To set the visor in the side posi-
tion, flip down, unhook, and
swing it to the side.
Slide the cover to open.
The clock can be adjusted by pressing the buttons. Adjusts the hours

lThe clock is displayed when the engine switch is in the “ACC” or “ON” posi-
tion.
l When the battery terminals are disconnected and reconnected, the clock
will automatically be set to 1:00.

Adding engine oil
If the oil level is below or near
the low level mark, add engine
oil of the same type as that
already in the engine.
Make sure to check the oil type and prepare the items needed
before adding oil.
Remove the oil filler cap by turning it counterclockwise.
Add engine oil slowly, checking the dipstick.
Install the oil filler cap by turning it clockwise.

Turn the bulb base counter-
clockwise and remove it.
Unplug the connector while
pressing the lock release.
Replace the light bulb, and
install the bulb base.
Align the 3 tabs on the light bulb
with the mounting and insert.
Turn and secure the bulb
base.
Shake the bulb base gently to
check that it is not loose, turn
the headlights on once and visu-
ally confirm that no light is leak-
ing through the mounting.

Maintenance and care

Install the cover.
Make sure the protruding part
(A) is located between and in the illustration and push
the perimeter of the cover firmly.
Install the washer fluid filler
opening and then install the
securing clip. (When replac-
ing right side bulb only.)
nFront side marker lights
Turn the bulb base counter-
clockwise.
Remove the light bulb.
When installing, reverse the steps listed.

Front turn signal lights
Remove the securing clip
and pull out the washer fluid
filler opening. (When replac-
ing right side bulb only.)
Turn the bulb base counter-
clockwise.
Remove the light bulb.
When installing the light bulb, install by conducting and
with the directions reversed.
Install the washer fluid filler
opening and then install the
securing clip. (When replac-
ing right side bulb only.)
