The disc brake padshaveaudible wearwarnings.
When abrake padrequires replacement, itwill make a
high pitched scraping soundwhenthevehicle isin
motion. Thisscraping soundwillfirst occur onlywhen
the brake pedalisdepressed. Aftermore wearofthe
brake pad,thesound willalways beheard evenifthe
brake pedal isnot depressed. Havethebrakes
checked assoon aspossible ifthe wear warning
sound isheard.
Have thesystem checked, andifnecessary repaired,
by aNISSAN dealerpromptly .(See ªBrakesº (P.8-
12) .)
Intelligent Key buzzer (ifequipped)
