Audio/Information Screen
Displays the audio status and wallpaper. From this screen, you can go to various
setup options.
Press the (display) button on the st eering wheel to change the display.

To store a station:
1. Tune to the selected station.
2. Select MENU .
3. Select Save Preset .
4. Select the preset number you want to store that station.
Provides text data information related to your selected RDS-capable FM station.
■To find an RDS station from Station List
1. Select MENU while listening to an FM station.
2. Select Station List .
3. Select the station.
■Manual update
Updates your available station list at any time.
1. Select MENU while listening to an FM station.
2. Select Station List .
3. Select Refresh .

1Playing the AM/FM Radio
The ST indicator appears on the display indicating
stereo FM broadcasts.
Stereo reproduction in AM is not available.
Switching the Audio Mode
Press the SOURCE button on the steering wheel or
select SOURCE on the list.

You can also switch the mode by selecting Change
Source on the MENU screen.
You can store 6 AM stations and 12 FM stations into
the preset memory.
1 Radio Data System (RDS)
When you select an RDS-capable FM station, the RDS
automatically turns on, and the frequency display
changes to the station name. However, when the
signals of that station become weak, the display
changes from the statio n name to the frequency.

1. Make sure that your phone is paired and
connected to HFL.
2. Press the Bluetooth ® Audio mode.
If the phone is not recognized, another HFL-
compatible phone, which is not compatible
for Bluetooth ® Audio, may already be
connected.
■To pause or resume a file
Select the play icon or pause icon.
1.Select MENU .
2. Select Music Search.
3. Select a search category (e.g., Albums).
4. Select an item.

To play the audio files, y ou may need to operate your
phone. If so, follow the phone maker's operating
instructions.
Switching to another mode pauses the music playing
from your phone.

Smartphone Apps
You can connect a compatible smartphone to the system to enable integration
between the smartphone’s appr oved apps and the vehicle. This allows you to
control the phone through the vehicle display. To check smart phone compatibility,
download the HondaLink app, and view connection instructions, visit
handsfreelink.honda.com . For the latest apps and feature details, check

Park in a safe place be fore connecting your phone
and while operating the displayed apps.
Not all phones and apps ar e compatible with the
system. The system does not display all the available
apps on smartphone, and so me apps need to be
preinstalled. Ask a dealer for details.
You need to switch the Bluetooth connection to your
smartphone if another electr onic device is connected.

To use HFL, you must fi rst pair your Bluetooth-
compatible cell phone to th e system while the vehicle

Some functions are limited while driving. A message
appears on the screen when the vehicle is moving
and the operation is canceled.

(Pick-up) button: Press to go directly to the Phone screen, or to answer an
incoming call. (Hang-up/Back) button: Press to end a call, go back to the previous
command, or to cancel a command. (Talk) button: Press to call a number with a stored voice tag, a phonebook,
name, or a number.
button: Press to display Speed Dial, Call History , or Redial on the Phone
screen. / button: Press to select an item displayed on the Phone screen.
SOURCE button: Press to call a number listed in the selected item on the Phone
screen.
To go to the Phone menu screen:
1. Select HOME .

Up to six speed dial entrie s can be displayed among a
total of 20 that can be entered. If there is no entries
in the system, Speed Dial is disabled.
