Low Fuel Indicator Light
When the fuel level reaches approximately 3.0 gal (11.0 L) this light will turn on, and remain
on until fuel is added.
Anti-Lock Brake (ABS) Indicator Light

Anti-Lock Brake (ABS) Indicator Light
After the ignition is turned on, the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) light illuminates to indi-
cate function check at vehicle startup. If the light remains on after startup or comes on and
stays on at road speeds, it may indicate that the ABS has detected a malfunction or has be-
come inoperative. The system reverts to standard non-anti-lock brakes.
If both the Brake Warning Light and the ABS Warning Light are on, see an authorized dealer

DRIVER INFORMATION DISPLAY (DID)
The Driver Information Display (DID) features a driver-
interactive display that is located in the instrument
cluster.This system allows the driver to select a variety of useful
information by pushing the switches mounted on the
steering wheel. The DID consists of the following:

The system allows the driver to select information by
pushing the following buttons mounted on the steering
wheel: •
UP Arrow Button
Push and release the UParrow button to scroll
upward through the main menu and sub-
menus (Fuel Economy, Trip A, Trip B, Audio,
Stored Messages, Screen Set Up).
• DOWN Arrow Button
Push and release the DOWNarrow button to
scroll downward through the main menu and
submenus (Fuel Economy, Trip A, Trip B, Au-
dio, Stored Messages, Screen Set Up).

The DID display is located in the center portion of the
instrument cluster and consists of the following sections:
1. Main Screen — The inner ring of the display willilluminate in grey under normal conditions, yellow for
non critical warnings, red for critical warnings, and
white for on demand information.
2. Audio / Phone Information and Sub-menu Informa- tion — Whenever there are sub-menus available, the
position within the sub-menus is shown here.

Check engine oil level at every fuel fill-up. Running
an engine with a low oil level can cause severe
engine damage. Engine oil level must be maintained
within the safe zone on the engine oil dipstick or
severe engine damage may occur. Refer to the “Main-
tenance Schedule” for further information.
