Engine compartment fuses
The fusebox is placed in the engine compartment   near   the   battery.

F Unclip   the   cover,   by   pushing   the   two   red  l
atches   towards   the   rear   of   the   vehicle.

arefully   to   ensure   correct   sealing   of   the

usebox.
In the event of a breakdown

F Start  the   engine   of   the   vehicle   with   the  g
ood   battery   and   leave   it   running   for   a   few

inutes.

perate   the   starter   on   the   broken   down

ehicle   and   let   the   engine   run.

f   the   engine   does   not   start   straight   away,

witch   off   the   ignition   and   wait   a   few

oments   before   trying   again.

isconnect   the   jump   lead   cables   in   the

optimum   service   life   of   the   battery,   it   is

ssential   to   maintain   an   adequate   state   of  
c

harge.
In
 
some   circumstances   it   may   be   necessary   to  
c

harge   the   battery:

you   use   your   vehicle   essentially   for   short

ourneys,

the   vehicle   is   to   be   taken   off   the   road   for

everal   weeks.

The Stop & Start system may not be operational   during   the   trip   following   the

irst   engine   start.

  this   case,   the   system   will   only   be

vailable   again   after   a   continuous

eriod   of   immobilisation   of   the   vehicle,  
a

  period   which   depends   on   the   ambient  
t

emperature   and   the   state   of   charge   of  
t

he   battery   (up   to   about   8   hours).
