F After unlocking the boot only or the vehicle, press the opening control then raise the
tailgate.
Opening from outside
F Press this button until the boot is heard to unlock.

F Fold back the rear seats to gain access to the lock from inside the boot.

nsert a small screwdriver into hole A of the
lock to unlock the tailgate.

ove the latch to the left.
System allowing the mechanical unlocking
of the boot in the event of a battery or central
locking system malfunction.
Locking after closing
If the fault persists after closing again, the boot
will remain locked.

F Lower the tailgate using the interior grab
handle.
If the tailgate is not closed correctly, engine
running or vehicle moving
(speed above
6 mph (10 km/h)), a message appears in the
instrument panel screen for a few seconds.

Reversing lamp (tailgate)
F Carefully remove the lamp from the outside. The retaining clips unclip
automatically.

T
urn the bulb holder a quarter of a turn and
replace the bulb.
For reassembly, carry out these operations in
reverse order.

F Open the tailgate.
F U nclip the skirt of the lamp.

R
emove the access cover and the lamp
fixing nut. Access is by passing a hand under the bumper.
F
T urn the bulb holder a quarter of a turn and
pull it out.
F
C
hange the bulb.
To refit, carry out these operations in reverse
o r d e r.
You can also contact a CITROËN dealer or a
qualified workshop for the replacement of these
bulbs.

F After emptying the bottle, wipe away any spillage around the tank filler using a damp
cloth.

efit the blue cap to the tank and turn it a

th of a turn clockwise, to its stop.

efit the black plastic blanking plug,
clipping it in place.

L
ower the boot floor and close the tailgate.
Important: if your vehicle's
AdBlue
® tank is completely empty -
w
hich is confirmed by the alert
messages and the impossibility of
starting the engine - you must add at
least 3.8 litres, so two 1.89 litre bottles. If any additive is split or splashed, wash
immediately with cold water or wipe
with a damp cloth.
If the additive has crystallised, clean it
off using a sponge and hot water.Important:
when topping up after
running out of additive , signalled
by the message "Top up emissions
additive: Starting prevented", you must
wait for approximately 5 minutes before
switching on the ignition, without
opening the driver's door, unlocking
the vehicle, placing the key of the
"Keyless Entr y and Star ting" system
inside the vehicle or inser ting the
electronic key in the reader .
Switch on the ignition, wait for
10
seconds, then start the engine.
Never dispose of AdBlue
® additive
bottles in the household waste. Place
them in a special container provided
this purpose or take them to your
dealer.
