Memory Features
If equipped, the SET, "1," "2,"
and
B(Exit) buttons on the driver
door are used to manually store and
recall memory settings for the driver
seat, outside mirrors, power tilt and
telescoping steering column (if
equipped), and adjustable pedals (if
equipped).
Automatic Memory Recall and/or
Easy Exit Recall features may be
enabled in the personalization
menus.

Vehicle Personalization on
page 5-47.
Second Row Seats
The second row seatbacks can be
folded for additional cargo space,
or the seats can be folded and
tumbled for easy entry/exit to the
third row seats (if equipped). The
seatbacks also recline.

page 3-11.
Third Row Seats
If equipped, third row seatbacks can
be folded.
To fold the third row seatback:
1. Make sure that there is nothing under, in front of, or on the seat.
2. Fully lower the head restraints. See Head Restraints on
page 3-2.
3. Disconnect the rear safety belt mini-latch using a key in the slot
on the mini-buckle, and let the
belt retract into the headliner.

To adjust the tilt and telescope
steering wheel, if equipped:
1. Push the lever (1) down to movethe steering wheel forward or
rearward. Lift the lever (1) up to
lock the wheel in place.
2. Hold the steering wheel and pull the lever (2) toward you to move
the steering wheel up or down.
Release the lever (2) to lock the
wheel into place.
Power Tilt and Telescope Steering
WheelTo adjust the power tilt and
telescope steering wheel,
if equipped:
Press the control to move the
steering wheel up and down or
forward and rearward.
Do not adjust the steering wheel
while driving.
Throttle and Brake Pedal
Adjustment
If equipped, the position of the
throttle and brake pedals can be
changed.The switch used to adjust the
pedals is to the left of the steering
wheel.
Press the switch to the left to move
the pedals closer to your body.
Press the switch to the right to move
the pedals away.

The vehicle may have a memory
function, which lets pedal settings
be saved and recalled. See Memory
Seats on page 3-7.

least four seconds. The engine may
be started from outside the vehicle
using the RKE transmitter. See

Q(Lock): Press to lock all doors.
If enabled through the Driver
Information Center (DIC), the turn
signal lamps flash once to indicate locking has occurred. If enabled
through the DIC, the horn chirps
when
Qis pressed again within
three seconds. See Vehicle

7(Vehicle Locator/Panic
Alarm): Press and release to
initiate vehicle locate. The turn
signal lamps flash and the horn
sounds three times.
Press and hold
7for more than
three seconds to activate the panic
alarm. The turn signal lamps flash
and the horn sounds repeatedly for
30 seconds. The alarm turns off
when the ignition is moved to ON/
RUN or
7is pressed again. The
ignition must be in LOCK/OFF for
the panic alarm to work.
Keyless Access Operation
The Keyless Access system allows
for doors and the liftgate to be
accessed without pressing the RKE
transmitter button. The RKE
transmitter must be within 1 m (3 ft)
of the door being opened. If the
vehicle has this feature, there will be
a button on the outside door
handles.

1. When the approaching vehicle isa long distance away, the image
in the main mirror is small and
near the inboard edge of the
mirror.
2. As the vehicle gets closer, the image in the main mirror gets
larger and moves outboard.
3. As the vehicle enters the blind zone, the image transitions from
the main mirror to the blind spot
mirror.
4. When the vehicle is in the blind zone, the image only appears in
the blind spot mirror.
Using the Outside Mirror with
the Blind Spot Mirror
1. Set the main mirror so that theside of the vehicle can just be
seen and the blind spot mirror
has an unobstructed view.
2. When checking for traffic or before changing a lane, look at
the main driver/passenger side
mirror to observe traffic in the
adjacent lane, behind your vehicle. Check the blind spot
mirror for a vehicle in the blind
zone. Then, glance over your
shoulder to double check before
moving slowly into the
adjacent lane.
Reverse Tilt Mirrors
If equipped with memory seats, the
passenger and/or driver mirror tilts
to a preselected position when the
vehicle is in R (Reverse). This
allows the curb to be seen when
parallel parking.
The mirror(s) return to the original
position when:
.The vehicle is shifted out of
R (Reverse), or remains in
R (Reverse) for about
30 seconds.
.The ignition is turned off.
.The vehicle is driven in
R (Reverse) above a set speed.

Interior Mirrors
Interior Rearview Mirrors
Adjust the rearview mirror for a clear
view of the area behind your
vehicle.
If equipped with OnStar, there are
three buttons at the bottom of the
mirror. See your dealer for more
information on the system and how
to subscribe to OnStar. See OnStar
Overview on page 14-1.
To avoid accidental OnStar calls,
clean the mirror with the ignition off.
Do not spray glass cleaner directly
on the mirror. Use a soft towel
dampened with water.
Manual Rearview Mirror
Push the tab forward for daytime
use and pull it rearward for
nighttime use to avoid glare of the
headlamps from behind.

Memory Seats
If equipped, the SET, "1," "2,"
and
B(Exit) buttons on the driver
door are used to manually store and
recall memory settings for the driver
seat, outside mirrors, power tilt and
telescoping steering column (if
equipped), and adjustable pedals (if
equipped). Storing Memory Positions
To store positions to the
“1”and “2”
buttons:
1. Adjust the driver seat, outside mirrors, power tilt and
telescoping steering column (if
equipped), and adjustable
pedals (if equipped) to the
desired driving positions.
2. Press and release SET. A beep will sound.
3. Immediately press and hold “1”
until two beeps sound.
4. Repeat Steps 1–3 for a second driver using “2.”
To store positions to the
B(Exit)
button and easy exit features:
1. Adjust the driver seat, power tilt and telescoping steering column
(if equipped), adjustable pedals
(if equipped), and outside
mirrors on some vehicles to the
desired positions for getting out
of the vehicle. 2. Press and release SET. A beep
will sound.
3. Immediately press and hold
B
until two beeps sound.
Manually Recalling Memory
Positions
If the vehicle is off or not in P (Park),
press and hold "1," "2," or
B(Exit)
to manually recall the previously
stored memory positions. Releasing
"1,” "2," or
Bbefore the stored
positions are reached stops the
recall.
If the vehicle is on and in P (Park),
press and release “1,” “2,”or
Bto
manually recall the previously
stored memory positions. Placing
the ignition in OFF/LOCK before the
stored positions are reached stops
the recall.
