IL: Suitable for child restraint system shows in ISOFIX child restraint

When using a “LEXUS MINI” or “LEXUS MIDI”, adjust the support leg
and ISOFIX connectors as follows:
Lock the ISOFIX connectors
where numbers 4 and 5 can be
seen.
Lock the support leg where 3rd
hole can be seen.
X: ISOFIX position not suitable for ISOFIX child restraint systems in
this mass group and/or this size class.
*: If the head restraint interferes with your child restraint system, and the head
restraint can be removed, remove the head restraint.
The child restraint system mentioned in the table may not be available
outside of the EU area.

Installing child restraints
Follow the child restraint system manufacturer's instructions. Firmly
secure child restraints to the seats using a seat belt or ISOFIX rigid
anchors. Attach the top strap when installing a child restraint.

Installation with ISOFIX rigid anchors (ISOFIX child restraint system)
Fold the seatback while pulling the
seatback angle adjustment lever.
Return the seatback and secure it
at the first lock position. (→P. 7 7 )
Widen the gap between
the seat cushion and seat-
back slightly.
Latch the buckles onto the
exclusive fixing bars.
If the child restraint has a top strap,
the top strap should be latched
onto the anchor brackets.

Child restraint systems with a top strap
Secure the child restraint system
using the seat belt or ISOFIX rigid
anchors, and remove the head
restraint.
Open the anchor bracket cover,
latch the hook onto the anchor
bracket and tighten the top strap.
Make sure the top strap is securely
latched.
Replace the head restraint and lift
it up to the uppermost lock posi-
tion.
