To adjust headrest forward: Pull bottom of headre\ft forward at an angle .
To adjust headrest back: Pull forward at a \flight angle to the farthe\ft po\fition and relea\fe .
Then pull forward to de\fired po\fition .
To raise headrest: Pull headre\ft up .
