REPLACINGY51D-V-E01-2BEC5F4C-D760-4B69-84E3-337BD465F889Replace the wiper blades if they are worn.
Before replacing the wiper blades, the
wiper should be in the fully up position
to avoid scratching the engine hood or
damaging the wiper arm. To pull up the
wiper arm, see“Windshield wiper and
washer switch” (P.2-32).
1. Pull the wiper arm.
2. Push the release tab
*A, and then
move the wiper blade down the wiper
arm
*1while pushing the release tab
to remove. 3. Insert the new wiper blade onto the
wiper arm until a click sounds.
4. Rotate the wiper blade so the dimple is in the groove.
CAUTION
. After wiper blade replacement, return
the wiper arm to its original position;
otherwise it may be damaged when the
hood is opened.
. Make sure the wiper blades contact the
glass; otherwise the arm may be da- maged from wind pressure.

CAUTION
Never use a fuse of a higher or lower
amperage rating than that specified on the
fuse box cover. This could damage the
electrical system or cause a fire.
If any electrical equipment does not
operate, check for an open fuse.
1. Be sure the ignition switch is pushed tothe OFF or LOCK position and the
headlight switch is turned to OFF.
2. Open the engine hood and remove the cover on the battery and the fuse/
fusible link holder.
3. Remove the fuse/fusible link holder
cover.
4. Remove the fuse with the fuse puller.

5. If the fuse is open*A, replace it with a
new fuse
*B. Spare fuses are stored in
the passenger compartment fuse box.
6. If a new fuse also opens, have the electrical system checked and repaired
by an INFINITI retailer.
The holder
*1also contains the fuses. For
checking and/or replacing, see an INFINITI
retailer.

operate and fuses are in good condition,
check the fusible links. If any of these
fusible links are melted, replace only with
