3 Adjusting the height up and down
To raise the headrest:
1. Pull it up to the desired position (1).
To lower the headrest:
1. Push and hold the release button
(2) on the headrest support.
2. Lower the headrest to the desired position (3). Removal/Reinstall
To remove the headrest:
1. Recline the seatback (2) with the
recline lever or switch (1).
2. Raise headrest as far as it can go.
3. Press the headrest release button (3) while pulling the headrest up (4).

CAUTION
If you recline the seatbacktowards the front with the head-rest and seat cushion raised,the headrest may come in con-tact with the sunvisor or otherparts of the vehicle.

Sunvisor
To use a sunvisor, pull it downward.
To use a sunvisor for a side window,
pull it downward, unsnap it from the
bracket (1) and swing it to the side (2).
To use the vanity mirror, pull down
the sunvisor and slide the mirror
cover (3).
Adjust the sunvisor forward or back-
ward (4) as needed. Use the ticket
holder (5) to hold tickets.

NOTICE
• Always have the vanity mirror
lamp switch in the OFF position
when the vanity mirror lamp is
not in use.
• Close the vanity mirror cover securely and return the sunvisor
to its original position after use.
Power outlet
The power outlet is designed to pro-
vide power for mobile telephones or
other devices designed to operate
with vehicle electrical systems. The
devices should draw less than 15
amps with the engine running.
WARNING
For your safety, do not block
your view when using the sunvi-
sor.
CAUTION
Always use the sunvisor exten-
sion, after swinging the sunvi-sor to the side.

Satellite radio reception
You may experience difficulties in
receiving XM satellite™ radio signals
in the following situations.
If you are driving in a tunnel or a
covered parking area.
If you are driving beneath the top level of a multi-level freeway.
If you are driving under a bridge.
If you are driving next to a tall vehicle (such as a truck or a bus) that blocks
the signal. If you are driving in a valley where
the surrounding hills or peaks
block the signal from the satellite.
If you are driving on a mountain road where is the signal blocked by
mountains.
If you are driving in an area with tall trees that block the signal (30 ft.
/10m or more), for example on an
road that goes through a dense for-
est.
The signal can become weak in some areas that are not covered
by the XM repeater network.
NOTE:
There may also be additional
unforeseen circumstances leading
to reception problems with the XM
satellite™ radio signal.
Advisory Messages, such as ‘CH
Unavailable’ may occur when start-
ing XM Radio™.
