It will flash when the system isactive. If it remains illuminatedor does not illuminate when youswitch the ignition on, this indicates amalfunction. During a malfunction thesystem will switch off. Have your vehiclechecked by an authorized dealerimmediately. See Using StabilityControl (page 166).
Stability Control Off Indicator
It will illuminate when you switchthe system off. It will go outwhen you switch the systemback on or when you switch the ignitionoff. See Using Stability Control (page166).
Traffic Sign Recognition RoadCondition Indicator
It will illuminate when the roadcondition is prohibiting trafficsign recognition.
Traffic Sign Recognition SpeedLimit Indicator
It will illuminate when you haveexceeded the speed limit fortraffic sign recognition.
Water-In-Fuel Warning Lamp
It will illuminate when there isexcess water in the fuel filter.Drain off the water immediately.See Fuel Quality (page 149).

Key in Ignition Warning Chime
Sounds when you open the driver's doorand you have left the key in the ignitionwith it in the off or accessory position.
Keyless Warning Alert (If Equipped)
Sounds the horn twice when you exit yourvehicle with the intelligent access key, afterthe last door is closed and your keylessvehicle is in RUN, indicating your vehicle isstill on.
Headlamps On Warning Chime
Sounds when you remove the key from theignition and open the driver's door and youhave left the headlamps or parking lampson.
Parking Brake On Warning Chime
Sounds when you have left the parkingbrake on and drive your vehicle. If thewarning chime remains on after you havereleased the parking brake, have thesystem checked by an authorized dealerimmediately.

You can control various systems on yourvehicle using the information displaycontrols on the steering wheel.
The information display shows thecorresponding information.
Information Display Controls(Type 1 and 2)
•Press the up and down arrow buttonsto scroll through and highlight theoptions within a menu.
•Press the right arrow button to enter asubmenu.
•Press the left arrow button to exit asubmenu.
•Press and hold the left arrow button atany time to return to the main menudisplay (escape button).
•Press the OK button to choose andconfirm settings or messages.
