REAR SEATS
60/40 Split Rear Seat
The left or right side of the second row seatback can be folded flat to carry cargo. The left
and right side of the second row seat can also be tumbled forward to allow access to the
third row seat.
Fold And Tumble
• Pull upward on the release lever to releasethe seat.
NOTE:
Also, pulling upward on this handle allows the
outboard seating positions to be reclined.
• Tumble the seat forward using the red pull strap located behind the seatback.
NOTE:
If sitting in the third row seat, pull rearward
on the tumble pull strap located at the rear
of the seat and tumble the seat forward.
Rear Captain Chairs
Fold And Tumble
The left or right side of the second row seat-
back can be folded flat to carry cargo. When
the lower storage compartment is accessed
using the rear push button it allows the arm-
rest to flip forward for “fold flat mode”. Fold
flat mode allows the console armrest to be
lowered below fold flat seat plane and pro-
tect the armrest vinyl from damage when
using the vehicle to haul cargo.

The left and right side of the second row seat can also be tumbled forward to allow access
to the third row seat. Pull upward on the release lever to release the seat. Pulling upward on
this handle allows the outboard seating positions to be reclined.
• Tumble the seat forward using the red pull strap located behind the seatback.
NOTE:
If sitting in the third row seat, pull rearward on the tumble pull strap located at the rear of the
seat and tumble the seat forward.
If your vehicle is equipped with a mini con-
sole there is a stepping pad to allow passen-
gers to easily access the third row seats.
50/50 Third Row Folding Seat
Either or both third row seats can be folded forward to increase the rear cargo storage area.
After opening the liftgate, either seat can be folded flat by pulling up the release handle on
the back of the seat.
A seat that is folded flat can be returned to the upright position by using the pull strap
located on the back of the seat next to the release handle.
NOTE:
The second row seats must be in their full upright position, or tumbled when folding the
third row seats.
• To raise the seat, pull the seat toward you using the strap located on the back of the seat.
WARNING!
Do not drive the vehicle with the second row seats in the tumbled position. The second
row seats are only intended to be tumbled for entry and exit to the third row seat. Failure
to follow these instructions could result in personal injury.

POWER FOLDING THIRD ROW HEAD RESTRAINTS
For improved visibility when in reverse, the third row head restraints can be power folded.
The power fold third row head restraints control is located in the touchscreen.
• Press the headrest fold button
on the touch screen to power fold the third row head
restraints.
NOTE:
The head restraints can only be folded downward using the headrest fold button. The head
restraints must be raised manually when occupying the third row.
HEATED/VENTILATED SEATS
Front Heated Seats
The front heated seats control buttons are located within the climate or controls screen of
the touchscreen.
• Press the heated seat button
once to turn the High setting On.
• Press the heated seat button
a second time to turn the Low setting On.
• Press the heated seat button
a third time to turn the heating elements Off.
If the High-level setting is selected, the system will automatically switch to Low-level after
approximately 60 minutes. The Low-level setting will turn Off automatically after approxi-
mately 45 minutes.
NOTE:
Vehicle Equipped With Remote Start
On models that are equipped with remote start, this feature can be programmed to come on
during a remote start through the Uconnect® system. Refer to “Uconnect® Settings” in
“Understanding Your Instrument Panel” in the Owner's Manual on the DVD.
Front Ventilated Seats
Located in the seat cushion and seatback are small fans that draw the air from the
passenger compartment and pull air through fine perforations in the seat cover to help keep
the driver and front passenger cooler in higher ambient temperatures.
There are two ventilated seat control buttons located in the touchscreen that allow the
driver and passenger to operate the seats independently.
The ventilated seat buttons are used to control the speed of the fans located in the seat.
To operate the system, press the “Controls” button on touchscreen located on the bottom
of the Uconnect® display.
• Press the ventilated seat button
once to choose HIGH.
• Press the ventilated seat button
a second time to choose LOW.
• Press the ventilated seat button
a third time to turn the ventilated seat OFF.
