2.GOLDPLANS*
Each plan provides full mechanical repair protection to non-powertrain (Gold) components. Certain
plans also provide full mechanical protection against powertrain component repairs beyond your
vehicle’s powertrain warranty coverage. Contracts are available with or without a deductible.

3.GOLD PLUSPLANS*
The most complete protection available for your new vehicle is aGold PlusService Contract which
combines the benefits of Gold component coverage (seeGoldPlans), plus, the most important
vehicle maintenance functions:
•Engine oil and oil filter changes
•Tire rotation every other service
•Peace-of-Mindmotoring with Tire Road Hazard Protection which provides full, or pro-rata,
replacement of the original four tires, or their repair
•Rental car allowance for same-day warranty repairs - your vehicle need not be kept overnight
before eligibility for the rental allowance is met

The unexpired portion of the plan coverage may be transferred to the subsequent retail purchaser at

The Chrysler Service Contract may enhance the resale value of your vehicle.
NO COMMITMENT FOR60DAYS
The first 60 days are considered a trial period. Should you decide to cancel within this period, you
will receive full reimbursement of your plan purchase price, less any paid claims.
WHEN PLAN COVERAGE STARTS AND ENDS
All new vehicle plans commence from the warranty start date (the original in-service date of the
vehicle) and from zero metrage.
Substitute transportation coverage begins on the date the contract is purchased, subject to acceptance
by Chrysler Canada. Plan expiration is specified in your plan provision.

CONTRATS DE SERVICE OPTIONNELS DE
CHRYSLER CANADA

pendant votre durée de propriété, tout comme elle ne couvre pas les services d’entretien normal qu’il
faut faire effectuer pour assurer le plein rendement de votre véhicule neuf. Si votre véhicule est loué,
il faut savoir que vous êtes responsable de l’entretien et des réparations.
Les contrats de service Chrysler Canada peuvent bonifier la garantie dès l’instant où vous prenez
possession de votre véhicule neuf. Ces contrats couvrant la majorité des principaux organes
mécaniques
†et entrent en vigueur à l’expiration de la garantie de base. Trois types de plans sont
offerts, selon vos besoins et la durée moyenne de propriété du véhicule.
Les véhicules utilisés pour des services de police, de taxi, de limousine, de livraison postale ou
d’ambulance et tous les véhicules SRT peuvent être admissibles à un contrat de service. Consultez
votre concessionnaire vendeur pour la disponibilités des contrats de service pour véhicules à usage

1. PLANS DE PROTECTION DU GROUPE MOTOPROPULSEUR*
Les plans de protection du groupe motopropulseur, complément de la garantie du groupe motopro-
pulseur du constructeur, offrent une couverture d’assistance routière accrue et une allocation couvrant
les frais de location d’une voiture de remplacement dans le cas où votre véhicule n’est pas en état de
rouler et est immobilisé jusqu’au lendemain. Certains plans couvrent un kilométrage plus élevé.
Les principaux composants couverts sont ceux :
•du moteur•de la transmission•de la traction avant•de la propulsion arrière•des quatre roues
motrices (4RM)•et de la transmission intégrale
2. PLANS D’OR*
Chaque plan vous assure une protection complète contre les réparations mécaniques aux composants
qui ne font pas partie du groupe motopropulseur (Plan d’or). Certains plans vous assurent également
une protection complète contre la réparation des composants mécaniques du groupe motopropulseur
après l’expiration de la garantie de votre véhicule couvrant le groupe motopropulseur. Contrats
disponibles avec ou sans franchise.

3. PLANS D’OR PLUS*
La protection la plus complète que vous pouvez obtenir pour votre véhicule neuf le contrat d’entretien
« Plan d’or Plus », qui allie les avantages d’une couverture or pour les composants (consultez les
Plans d’or) aux opérations d’entretien les plus importantes :
•vidanges d’huile et remplacements du filtre;
•permutation des pneus à tous les deux services;
•conduite en toute « tranquillité d’esprit » grâce à la protection des pneus contre les risques routiers
assurant leur remplacement au prorata de l’usure, jusqu’à concurrence de quatre pneus ou quatre
réparations;
•location d’une voiture pour les réparations sous garantie effectuées le même jour - pour être
admissible à cette allocation, il n’est pas nécessaire que votre véhicule passe la nuit chez le
concessionnaire.
