Electronic key left in the
reader
If the electronic key is left in the reader, on   opening   the   driver's   door   a   message

ppears   to   warn   you.
In
  the   event   of   an   emergency   only,

he   engine   can   be   switched   off

ithout   any   conditions.   To   do   this,  
p

ress   the   "START/STOP"   button   for  
a

bout   three   seconds.
In   this   case   the   steering   column   locks  
a

s   soon   as   the   vehicle   stops.
Emergency stop

  the   electronic   key   is   not   detected   in

he   zone,   a   message   is   displayed.   Move

he   electronic   key   into   the   zone   so   that  
t

he   engine   can   be   started.

Temporary control of gear
changing

The   gears   engaged   are   displayed   in

uccession   in   the   instrument   panel.
The
  gear   change   requests   are   only   acted   on   if

he   engine   speed   permits.
It is not necessary to release the accelerator
during
  gear   changes.
When
  braking   or   slowing   down,   the   gearbox  
c

hanges   down   automatically   to   allow   the  
v

ehicle   to   accelerate   in   the   correct   gear.
On
  sharp   acceleration,   the   gearbox   will   not  
c

hange   up   unless   the   driver   acts   on   the  
s

teering   mounted   paddles.
Manual mode
You can change mode at any time by moving the   selector   lever   from   A to M or the other way
round.
