Speedometer
Displays the vehicle speed.
“DISP.”/instrument panel light control button
Press: Switches the multi-information display.
Turn: To adjust the brightness of the instrument panel light. (P. 244)
Fuel gauge
Displays the quantity of fuel remaining in the tank.
Clock
Displays the time.
Engine coolant temperature gauge
Displays the engine coolant temperature.
Odometer/trip meter and trip meter reset button
Switches between odometer and trip meter displays. Pushing and hold-
ing the button will reset the trip meter when the trip meter is being dis-
played.

Indicators and warning lights
The indicator and warning lights on the instrument cluster and cen-
ter panel inform the driver of the status of the vehicle’s various sys-
tems.
For the purpose of explanation, the following illustration displays all
indicators and warning lights illuminated.
Instrument cluster
The units used on the speedometer, tachometer and some indica-
tors may differ depending on the engine, transmission, etc.

Multi-infor mation display
The multi-information display presents the driver with a variety of
driving-related data.
Trip information (P. 251)
Displays driving range, fuel
consumption and other cruis-
ing-related information.
Date (P. 251)
Indicates the date and sets it.
Outside temperature display
(P. 251)
Indicates the outside tempera-
ture.
Warning messages
(P. 624)
Automatically displayed when
a malfunction occurs in one of
the vehicle’s systems.

Trip information
Date and outside temperature display
Displays the date and outside
temperature.
The temperature range that can
be displayed is from -40°C (-40°F)
to 50°C (122°F).
Instantaneous fuel consumption
Displays the instantaneous fuel
consumption.

Displays the average fuel con-
sumption since the function was
last reset.
• The function can be reset by
pressing the “DISP.” button or
“DISP” switch for longer than 1
second when the average fuel
consumption is displayed.
• Use the displayed average fuel
consumption as a reference.
Eco Driving Indicator Zone Display (if equipped)
The ratio of the current accelera-
tion to the Zone of Eco driving is
displayed.

Displays the estimated maxi-
mum distance that can be driven
with the quantity of fuel remain-
ing.
• This distance is computed
based on your average fuel
consumption. As a result, the
actual distance that can be
driven may differ from that dis-
played.
• When only a small amount of
fuel is added to the tank, the
display may not be updated.
When refueling, turn the
“ENGINE START STOP”
switch off (vehicles with smart
entry & start system) or the
engine switch to the “LOCK”
position (vehicles without
smart entry & start system).
If the vehicle is refueled with-
out turning the “ENGINE
START STOP” switch off or the
engine switch to the “LOCK”
position, the display may not
be updated.

Displays the average vehicle
speed since the function was last
reset.
The function can be reset by
pressing the “DISP.” button or
“DISP” switch for longer than 1
second when the average vehicle
speed is displayed.
Elapsed time
Displays the elapsed time since
the function was last reset.
The function can be reset by
pressing the “DISP.” button or
“DISP” switch for longer than 1
second when the elapsed time is
displayed.
Rear passengers seat belt reminder display
The seat belt status of the rear
seat passenger is displayed.
White circles are displayed if seat
belts are not being worn; they will
disappear once the seat belt is
applied.
